Shower area just bit small but it was budget room and best budget room I’ve ever stayed in here great place to syltay

Just remember to bring your own coffee/tea as its not supplied. Same with bathroom amenities, as the ones provided is very little and only replenished every 3rd day. Apart from these negligible things, the place is great!!

Spacious room and balcony and very comfy bed, pillows and linen. Unit is very clean and housekeeping is done every 3rd day. No coffee/tea but a kettle is provided. Just down Soi 4, thus easy walking distance to Jomtien Beach Road. Not very noisy area and a few good pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Staff is very firendly and accomodating. There is a discount if you want breakfast from the accommodation's downstairs Bueno Restaurant. Two bottles of water and toilet tissue is provided daily.

Parking. WiFi was weak.

Breakfast was extra, We chose basic meals. Shower had good water flow and was warm (to hot). (I don't like cold showers) Staff helped us to park our car (little street parking available, guesthouse didn't have parking facilities). Building had a lift so we didn't mind being on the 3rd floor *****Stars Room had a balcony (description of room having a 'balcony with seaview' was a bit exaggerated, you had to look sideways to see the sea 200 metres down the street)

Noise of the lift and also from the lower floor created some disturbance at night.

The hotel was near the seaside (Jomtien beach). The jacuzzi on the balcony was very relaxing and attractive. The sea view from the balcony was marvellous, we got a clear view of the sea from the Jacuzzi. Both the rooms were spacious, and the living room was also comfortable, kitchen facilities were also very usable. For a big family it is very relaxing. As we could not check out on time due to being a little late for traffic , they themselves packed all our luggage and brought it to the reception with care.

Nice and clean Helpful and smiley staff. Quite Quiet on the backside. No noise from music or mopeds, just a little noise from aircondition and lift. But think it,s like that all over.

It's a struggle to find fault, but the elevator is a bit snug for guests hauling luggage.

Great location along a relatively quiet street, within walking distance of Jomtien's beach, bars, and dining. Rooms are spacious and clean, with thoughtful lighting and great WiFi. The staff in the restaurant downstairs are a highlight, serving as waiters-cum-travel agents.

Clean, decent size room. Nice staff, located over an Italian restaurant. Offers good value for money. Wi fi and a/c were efficient. Good location, lots of bars, restaurants close by. Across street from reliable massage shop.

The lift is quite noisy, especially if you are in the family penthouse suite.

The staff were very helpful, the guesthouse is close to the beach, the penthouse family suite was very reasonably priced.

Clicking and banging every time someone used the elevator. The elevator opens directly into the penthouse. The control board is in the apartment, whenever someone used the elevator you get all the noise directly into your room day and night.

Weird glass screen in bathroom.. reducing usable area. Although there were windows and small balcony in room... It was blocked of from view and light.

It's been very nice to stay here for 5 nights. Room is clean and the location of the hotel is very near the beach. The people who work in the hotel are very kind and helpful. We'd love to be back again.
