Great staff, welcoming and talkative everyday. Will come back again.

No breakfast, but i ate locally many times which is actually better.

The location was good, close to a lot of restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

A lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. We loved that the room was not serviced everyday and you could leave a sign outside the door requesting for a service!

I would admire if shower had any protection against water splashes. I would also like to have unlimited body gel in exchange for traditional very small soap.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was decent. There was a swimming pool on site, although we did not use it.

This is a tired, outdated hotel that needs to be renovated. At least do some maintenance.. the toilet seat was ready to fall off, the sink caulking is moldy and needs to be stripped and resealed, the A/C drips water inside and needs to be serviced, the sliding doors to the balcony need track adjustments, The place needs paint and a deep cleaning and new bed linens and towels. This could be a quaint little hotel with lots TLC.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. One of the great perks was the ability to rent bikes directly from the hotel, which made getting around even more convenient.

One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the toilet. It did not meet my expectations, and I believe better maintenance would enhance the overall stay.

Large bed, decent shower, pleasant friendly staff. Very helpful and friendly lady on reception.

No internet for 3 days. "Cable" TV had only 2 channels.. No proper seating or table in room. No coffee making facility in room. Bed was very firm.

The location was good. The staff were nice and the pool was really nice and quiet.

The room didn't really look like the picture. The shower was really mouldy.. had to buy flip flops to take a shower... The towels didn't look clean at all..

We had a great stay at Haleeva. Special thanks to cik Khadija for her kind help & hospitality. جزاك الله خيرا كثيرا We took an island hoping package with the hotel and its very cheap as compared to other tour agent.

the location is good, the bed was also good. nice swimming pool, the hotel provided towels for the swimming pool.

wifi was poor, the swimming pool area would benefit from a lick of paint i found the room on the front noisy from the road traffic, they gave me a room at the back of the hotel the next day which was a lot quieter. thank you for that ☺

The location is perfect, you have everything in the area and it's close to the beach. The staff is helpful and friendly too. One of the things I really like is the view from the room or the terrace on the mountains. It' really beautiful. Beds comfy enough.

They could have put more effort in cleaning the place and do some handy man work. The bath tub on the terrace with the open view over the mountains is a great idea, but the tub is so dirty and we didn't use it.

Good value for money, friendly staff, good location, rooms were cleaned, i would definetly recommend this hotel
