I would admire if shower had any protection against water splashes. I would also like to have unlimited body gel in exchange for traditional very small soap.

This is a tired, outdated hotel that needs to be renovated. At least do some maintenance.. the toilet seat was ready to fall off, the sink caulking is moldy and needs to be stripped and resealed, the A/C drips water inside and needs to be serviced, the sliding doors to the balcony need track adjustments, The place needs paint and a deep cleaning and new bed linens and towels. This could be a quaint little hotel with lots TLC.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was decent. There was a swimming pool on site, although we did not use it.

One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the toilet. It did not meet my expectations, and I believe better maintenance would enhance the overall stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. One of the great perks was the ability to rent bikes directly from the hotel, which made getting around even more convenient.

No internet for 3 days. "Cable" TV had only 2 channels.. No proper seating or table in room. No coffee making facility in room. Bed was very firm.

wifi was poor, the swimming pool area would benefit from a lick of paint i found the room on the front noisy from the road traffic, they gave me a room at the back of the hotel the next day which was a lot quieter. thank you for that ☺

They could have put more effort in cleaning the place and do some handy man work. The bath tub on the terrace with the open view over the mountains is a great idea, but the tub is so dirty and we didn't use it.

The location is perfect, you have everything in the area and it's close to the beach. The staff is helpful and friendly too. One of the things I really like is the view from the room or the terrace on the mountains. It' really beautiful. Beds comfy enough.

Reception reused people's passport copies as checking in form papers. I could see other people's passport copies clearly with every detail. This is unbelievably unprofessional and I'm worried for to what all places my data could've spread. I asked for my copy back because there was no way I would've trusted them to have it after I left. When I said: "Are those truly real people's passport copies?" , they smiled comfortably and answered that: "Yes, we reuse the paper."

One air conditioner didn't work as expected and the jacuzzi didn't have hot water.

Very outdated, unfortunately there is plenty of cheaper places in better standard... we stayed because of the jacuzzi on the balcony and never used it... in general nice place, but falling apart slowly

The smell from the bathroom was horrendous. The tap dripped all night which was noisy. As well as this, the air con rattled and wasn’t very powerful. There was also no controller for the air con. There was no lift to reach upper levels which made it difficult to carry luggage to our room which was on the top floor.

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Location was convenient as it was close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The room didn't really look like the picture. The shower was really mouldy.. had to buy flip flops to take a shower... The towels didn't look clean at all..

The location was good. The staff were nice and the pool was really nice and quiet.
