- Love the atmosphere of the stay. the facility does have seatings to enjoy the river - Cats will keep you company if you come here. Don't forget to bring some snacks for them

The only problem I have so far was the tubing people across the river. The loud music does kills the vibe around the stay and somehow it ruins the beautiful scenery you guys have with the river. Hopefully there's a way to resolve this in the future, cause is such a nice quiet location you have.

Overall the stay was pleasan and very spacious for the amount of people we have. Happy to have cats around as companion as well. :(

quite old ac, takes time to cool the room especially when you’re out of the room and the ac was off for a long period of time. wasn’t a big trouble for us.

Had a sewer issue, bad smell in the bathroom and a bit of a flood. Once we got upgraded there was no sewage issue

The rooms are a little dated but comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Pai, only a few minutes away from walking street and the property is beautifully situated beside the river. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in a little bit early. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed on one of the bungalows with a fan (no AC) and we didn’t have any problems sleeping. Given the location beside the river there is mosquitos however a mosquito net is provided for the bed. Extremely good value for money and would recommend to anyone for their stay in Pai.

Overall I found little to fault for this price - perhaps the aircon was a bit loud and beds could have been a little softer…

Location by Pai river was so serene…our family room faced the grassy river bank and was v cute w clean stone front seat/bench and a hammock. A few steps from the bamboo/suspension bridge then the walking street which was fairly pumping! Room was very simple, fresh and very adequate…loved the shower once I got the hang of it!

Sadly during a 2night stay both nights guests coming back drunk around midnight and staying outside in the garden area talking and drinking until 2am. the mattress are way too hard for me but its manageable for only 2 nights.

Really nice setting, only a couple mins walk across the bridge right into the night market.

No breakfast but 24/7 coffee and fresh water. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Mine was directly in font of the river. If I hadn't booked onward travel, I'd've stayed for an extra day or two.

The small little hose that I was given, even thought was not that premium, it had it s own little vibe. The bed was just amazing. I don't know if it was just me being very tired, but I had a great sleep there. The location is also great. Close to the village center, but still quite and remote. The cherry on top would be the outside sitting areas. They have a number if chairs, gazebos and terraces all on the side of the river and all with theyr unique little arrangements. The Canary Guesthouse is a very nice place to sit if you enjoy nature and peace.

The Wifi was not stable in the rooms, it was weak and would disconnect continuously. It worked well in the lobby or outside but then you’d have to be in the heat, rough for people who work.

Very comfortable place, really good location only a 5 minute walk to the walking street. Staff was extremely helpful.

A strange smell came out of the air conditioner at times, a few bugs but this is to be expected considering location.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with good sized bathroom and good shower pressure. Close to the walking street with many restaurants and stalls in the evening, just walk over a bamboo bridge. Friendly staff.

Guests have to proactively ask for the staff to clean the room or provide water.

The location of the place is probably the best. It's situated right at the banks of the Pai river! The property is quiet and family friendly. The rooms are excellent.
