Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The only thing I didn't like was the pressure in the shower was a bit low. The temperature was great, but It was just lacking a bit of pressure,but no way would that stop me from staying again,
Place was clean, Bed was soft and comfortable. Value for money,

Location : so peaceful and so beautiful for me Properly: very comfortable , clean and teddy Staff: integrity- by mistake I left my hand bag where having all my money and credit cards they kept it for me as is no one have taken anything, they kept for me in a save place. Thanks for them and their integrity The owner: his name is Luca - very humble and very gentle , he was open , all the time welcoming the visitors with smile and he has excellent experience about the area

Not the hotels fault, but the climb up the hill was hard sometimes. The bed was very soft.
I was away from the main hotel, in room number 2. For the price, it was very spacious. The customer service was good, too, and they reacted quickly to two problems I had with the air-con unit and shower

I had a wonderful stay at Grand View Premium. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Luca, the owner, is an incredibly kind and helpful person, always making sure guests feel comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the hotel, so I only booked for a few days. However, once I realized how much I liked it, I wanted to extend my stay—but unfortunately, there were no more available rooms. Next time I visit, I will book this hotel without any hesitation for my entire stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Very big apartment. The host was communicative and very helpful. Location is quite good as there are a lot of things around. Main center is around 20 min walk.

Everything is mire than perfect.
The best place to stay in Thailand. This was the first not overrated, clean, quiet place we found. It is spacious and comfortable for a long stay.Definitely recommend!

VERY very steep hill.to access the accommodation, in the dark and rain this was a little unsafe as not well lit

We meet the owner named Luca, he welcomed us warmly and his treatment was excellent to us. The apartment as it’s on the website comfort, big, clean and has many amenities. We thank him so much for his remarkable service and his staff as well. Ultimately, I highly recommend his property to everyone who wants to be around Phuket. Thank you so much. Moroccan Guys Were There 🇲🇦🇹🇭🇮🇹.

quiet part of patong and yet not far from the center of activity and crazy content😊. the studio is very nice am the new furniture is clean and fragrant. if he is free in august i will come back
