A great location, everything on your doorstep. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily. Comfortable room for a family of 4, good AC, fridge, hairdryer & towels. Nice clean pool. Great value for money & would stay again.

The hotel has 2 double beds in one room- for a family of 4 this is all we need. Friendly staff, nice pool, everyday cleaning. Although the hotel takes payment at the property which is fine due to sanctions russian citizens experience.

ItalyRooms for guests are kept clean, but in some rooms there is a strong smell of damp and mold, which is into the furniture and possibly into the mattresses and the bathroom door. If it were not for this moment, I can say that I would go back there again.
Very old and tired hotel without territory, but with a great location: a great beach, shops, restaurants nearby. Spacious family rooms, clean pool. Good value for money.

AustraliaI enjoyed my stay. The location was great. A little bemused as to why there was a kettle but no cups. When I enquired I was told there were cups in the room. I looked everywhere and only found glasses. As I am a tea drinker I was not going to risk putting boiling water into a glass. I bought a cup. Room was sufficient but not a lot of room. Bed was very comfortable.

United KingdomAt the same time, the rooms on the ground floor right at the entrance we were put in are directly opposite a popular restaurant which has big flood lights on most of the night and also the road/ car park is situated right on the doorstep of the rooms (which of course we understand is unavoidable, but still not enjoyable when wanting to sleep) so all night and early morning you hear mopeds and people walking by very loudly. Also, hotel sheets were grey and very worn material didn’t feel overly hygienic for the price you pay- fresh, white linens would go miles! Keep in mind if you were wanting a more peaceful sleep!
We liked how close the property was to Lamai beach and other attractions like the overlap stones. Pool is decently sized and neat. Rooms are cleaned every morning free of charge and the overall cleanliness of room was 10/10. Right on doorstep of main road with shops and 7/11 five mins walk away.

Something was constantly leaking in the room and under our bed all the way to the bathroom always had a big puddle. TV channels were rushed with static. Pool is infested with mosquitos
Good central area in Lamai 10 minute walk to the beach. Laundromat was a 1 minute walk outside the hotel and plenty of food and bars nearby. 7/11 is abit further away maybe a 5-10 minute walk (big c mini is closer). 10 minute walk to Lamai night markets

SlovakiaWe booked the room on ground floor,but it wasn't in the good condition. Bathroom door cannot be closed and at the first look room needed a good maintanance. But staff was really nice and upgraded our room after request. We received one on the first floor with a pool view and that one was better.
