The air-conditioning in our room was not working but luckily, the Front Desk changed us to a new room quickly. However, the light switch in our new room wasn't working and we couldn't advise the staff because the phone wasn't working either, so we had to take away the light bulb in the middle of the night. Also, every night there was a loud noise coming from outside in the evening until past midnight, which was annoying. In general, the instalations are very old and it didn't feel like a 5* hotel. The water in the swimming pool was freezing, you cannot get it. The value for money was good, though.

Clean, has a convenience store in front of the property, the staff were accomodating and good value for money. The hotel pool had a stunning view of the city.

Smell of vomit in one of the elevators on one of the nights we stayed. However, it was soon cleaned up. Also, the hot water in the shower did not work, but as it was so hot and humid, we didnt bother to notify the hotel staff. Also, not keen on the breakfast. Sorry, choices too limited.

Excellent value for money given we were staying in Bangkok. The views were amazing also.

Bed was lumpy. Location was far from everything. Barely anything fun to do near by. No near by stations. For the price, location and facilities (I would consider this hotel as 5 stars) not that worth it. No power points near by beds. Staff was rude.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The cleaners of the place were also remarkable.

The breakfast was Asian. I missed any other possibility. It was not a restaurant service open at noon or night. The free Internet was a nightmare on the 22nd floor.

Broken toilet seat, no medium hot shower. Either really hot or really cold. Asked to have the toilet fixed 5 times but never had it fixed Broken chairs by the pool. Lacking variety in the breakfast

The fittings inside the rooms could do with some upgrades and the breakfast buffet options should be kept warm. We had to take a taxi to get to the nearest train station.

I really liked the bedroom view. We stayed on the 22nd floor and had a corner room so were able to see the skyline from two sides of the room. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too! Staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable!

The pool was closed which was very disappointing as the pool with a view was the only reason I booked this hotel. The location is not good there isn’t much around and there’s no nearby public transport either so you have to order taxis.

Staff allowed me to check in a couple of hours early which was amazing after a long journey. There is actually no spa in the hotel but reception contacted a masseuse to come to my room for a massage which was even better, she was very good.
