Lots of noise till early morning Breakfast is too costly

The gym was not good and the pool bar could have a bigger variety of drinks. Also the breakfast only had 1 toaster for breads and it was quite small also, so there was allways a que for using it.

The room was big with 1 kingsize and 1 normal bet and a nice balcony, the pools were also really nice/big to play and swim in. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the big Central mall, close to the beach and 7/11s really close and night markets with good food and shopping!

Not the hotels fault, however when I stayed there appeared to be a lot of ""working girls"" coming and going with various groups of men staying at the hotel. I found it upsetting sometimes I felt sorry for the young ladies as they looked very young.

I stayed in the hostel section, this area is quite new I would assume as very modern and clean, the aircon was fab and very quiet, fridge and large TV, lots of spaces and comfy seating to work or just chill. I met some lovely people staying in the dorms. The showers and bathroom facilities were very good, and I enjoyed the free coffee at 11am until around 6pm. The hotels staff never spoke to me apart from booking in and leaving, they did arrange a taxi to the bus station.

the staff restaurant during breakfast was too rude , ignorant and unresponsive. Its was the only bad experience i had in Pattaya. Such a big hotel should really work on it.

Every thing was ok, room was clean, front reception staff just amazing, all information was clearly conveyed. Initially booked for 1 day and then extended to 2 more.

The constant sound of the door bells going and the noise of the lift chime - also my neighbours smell of cigarette and cannabis wafting into my room , I couldn’t sit on my balcony when he was there , he was a Russian guy and also constantly talking loud on his phone and his daughter pressing the door bell non stop .

Loud hollow corridors, cleaners trying to get into room at 0830 despite clearly stating that housekeeping will not start until Midday you simply cannot have a lie in here, loud if on soi bukhao side of the building,

Grand suite is a very spacious room, however not sound proof and smoke/smell proof because it has connecting doors to the next room. We stayed in room 1202 second floor which has bad wifi, and also big sound from the lobby which is at first floor, directly underneath and open lobby space at your doorstep. The reception Phone commin in your room all day and night!! Would not recommend this, the neighbours partied all night and smoked pot. Very bad smell in our room and no sleep for 3 nights. We managed to get the same room at the Fifth floor 1502, great wifi, no sound from the lobby and no bad neighbours hahaha. If we would come again i would recommend a junior suite because it is at the end of the hall and has no connecting room Doors.

Location is spot on, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and sea. A 3 minutes walk to Soi bakau. Breakfast is awesome, so much choice. The Pool is okay, and they even have a small Kids playroom and some sand to play with.

WiFi is super slow and turned off every five minutes. Not a good place for remote workers although it has a lot of quiet areas. It’s a shame.

A bit noisy generally. Night noises, plus morning plumbing noises from other rooms. Swimming pool more ornamental than functional.

Good location for nightlife. Guest friendly. Picked this as my usual hotel was sold out. Seems to be popular with Indian customers. Security man is good, making sure all guests are properly registered at night.....annoying, but reassuring.
