Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The swimming pool was large good and better than I expected . My family had two rooms the rooms were clean neat and the neighborhood was quiet the toilets had hot water . The problem is the WiFi is abit slow so if you could make it abit fast it would be great for your customers . Almost everything is great .

BangladeshBreakfast is not good. They gave authentic Indian food which really disappointing. A lot of indian people was there, it does not mean the food is a good option for all. Building is oldies. They need people who can speak or talk English better.

MaldivesI am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. I checked in on 30/05/2024 at 2:00 PM and was assigned a room that appeared quite old and did not have a bathtub, which was contrary to the room features I had booked. In the evening, I approached the reception and showed them my booking details. Fortunately, I was then assigned a new room that met my expectations and included a bathtub.

CanadaOur reservation was lost by the hotel and they tried to put my wife and I into a room with two single beds. At first we were told there were no queen beds available however when I told them to cancel my booking they quickly found one. The hotel is very old and run down.
