The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and there we cockroaches but that’s fairly normal in places like these.

It’s a really cheap place, not so far from central Chiang Rai. It’s a good space and the shower works well. Very friendly staff and a cute cat!

The beautiful garden. The man who manages the property is great and vibrant. Wonderful Host. He used his ingenuity to used whatever limited resources he had to make it a cool, funky place.

Good location in town with access to bike rental which made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see.

I booked 1 week in advance but they said the place was full when I arrived. So they moved me into a separate hotel all together about 5 minutes down the road by bike. Not a deal breaker but it's something to be aware of if you book since the quality could differ.

Nice location and a comfortable stay if you're only passing through (1 day or so). Has all the basics except shampoo, body wash, etc. Easy to find with Google maps, even if you're new to Chiang Rai.

Thin walls meant that we could hear other guests. However, the staff made people be quiet in the evening so guests could sleep.

The staff was very friendly, very affordable, great location. The garden is beautiful and filled with exotic bird song and butterflies. It's a short walk to restaurants, shops, massage studios, bars, and the night bazaar.

Look, it's isn't a 5 star hotel. But there's everything you need + all the top spots are nearby (Night market, Red temple, bus terminal to go to the White temple), all the best beauty treatments are there (nails in Lucky Nails, hair with Sugar and Thai massage in Kornthip). There was a breakfast included, but I never asked for it so I never got it.

The bed and the pillows were so hard

The personal is really nice, you have a lot of plant around which is lovely and you are near from markets;you can also rent motorbikes there at the right price. The relation between price and accomodation is ok.

The rooms are self-built.. wooden little rooms but the wooden "walls" had gaps in between the planks and no windows, just a net for mosquitos who entered anyway through the walls!!! 7 in the morning when people wake up, you can hear everyone at the garden like they are on the pillow next to you' and the workers started drilling to build the new rooms.. feels like there is no privacy even inside the room. Also we booked private bathroom and got a shared one instead with the excuses that the other rooms tenants are out of town for these days.. so we had the bathroom to ourselves but it was not one the room.. and so clean!! Actually seems very hard to clean these surfaces since it's rough wood and net.
