Perfect location, situated in the middle where the action takes place. The owner is extremely helpful and even organised a room even the entire hotel was booked for his wife’s birthday. Spacious rooms with everything you need.

Fantastic value for money. Very big room more like an apartment. Big comfy bed, good room facilities, strong air-conditioning. Awesome staff, friendly owner who made me feel very welcome. Nice open bar on the ground floor with TVs, a good pool table and very cheap drinks. Brilliant location, right in the middle of everything you could ever need in Pattaya.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel. In fact I was so impressed that I have booked again for january 2026. Bookings permitted this will be my regular hotel for stays in Pattaya, the location is great, staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and a great size . As said earlier can't speak highly enough.

Mina and his team were extremely welcoming and very friendly throughout my short 5-day stay. I had wanted to stay longer however they were fully booked out. No surprise given the spotlessly clean, spacious room with a nice balcony looking out onto the very lively Soi Boomerang.

The food was exceptional and the lovely staff so lovely and welcoming, they helped me get around Pattaya and made me feel very happy. My room was the best room I’ve stayed in the whole of Thailand (Ive been travelling for the last month) best service at such a low cost!

I found the property to be very good value for money

The Aussie owner/host ensures you have a great time. Very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are big, cleaned everyday, fridge, microwave and king bed. It is handy to the night life and shopping facilities.

If you are a early bird and want to go sleep early this or in fact anywhere in Pattaya central will be difficult for you as music till 4 am - this wasn’t a problem for us but just be mindful The pressure on shower could be better

This is a great guesthouse, I stayed here for 1 month and cannot fault the place. Nice big clean rooms with daily maid service, the rooms are cleaned spotless everyday. There is a nice bar downstairs that is always filled with regulars, and you're always made to feel welcome. It's perfect for a few drinks during the day relaxing or before heading out for the night, you can easily spend the night here drinking and playing pool with everyone. The staff are excellent, you're always met with a big smile and they take good care of you, whether you're in the bar or if it's anything you need regarding your stay. The guesthouse is right in the heart Pattaya, and everything is on your doorstep, it's 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything you could need, perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back later this year, Thanks Mina & Aemi
