The sauna wasn’t very hot. You can hear music being played from bar across the road. Some nights found it very hard to sleep.

What’s on like about the property? Was the swimming pool? Breakfast was amazing very good value for money.

We are a couple and stayed 11 days yet they would only issue A single voucher for the cafe Bathroom sink tap squirted everywhere Fridge was noisy and squeaky Curtain in bedroom area not block out the outdoor light

No complaints. Parking is a bit difficult with the hotel/resort in a sub-soi.

Upgraded corner room was a nice size with 2 sitting chairs and desktop area, and 2 small balconies. Lots of sunlight on top floor. Comfortable bed. A/C worked well. Staff was cordial and efficient. Located inside Jomtien Complex gay "walking street" and open to all.

Water in the room was often either too hot or too cold, nothing in the middle and repairman couldn't fix. The second night alot of drunk people making so much noise outside our room on the street, we changed room next day but ruined my sleep.

Staff were very friendly and the location was very close to the major bars and restaurants, good value for money.

View from my room, the gym was really bad

Staff made me feel welcome from the start, would go that bit further to assist me. Hotel was very clean and I really liked the cleaners for there work so hard to make your stay in a clean environment.

this hotel has a great price7value relation if you want to join the Jomtien Complex entertainment and being in walking distance to Jomtien Beach. The pool is nice and comfortable. The restaurant is good and the staff helpful.

As above! Noise!!

Everything was up to Zing’s usual high standards. I have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times a year for over 20 years. The only problem is the noise from nearby bars. Until 2:30 or even 3:30 there is the heavy thumping of loud music. I wonder why the management does not get the bars to reduce the noise for their guests.

The location was good everything you need is nearby. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice and quiet at night so I was able to sleep. I definitely would go back there again, in fact I might. Excellent service and good food too.

It’s nothing bad. But soon the have to invest in the towels and laundry. But I am sure the keep it all upgraded like the do in the rooms. Time by time 👌

Noise from many neighbouring bars could be disturbance of you wanted to sleep early.

Good breakfast choices and unlimited servings. Great location, only 10 min walk to the fairly quiet Jomtien beach.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast was very nice. Location is good, 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars a short walk away. I’ve stayed here a few times, great value for money.

The room not the same the one on pictures on the booking site. I already told them, but nothing change. The picture on website booking is better, not all the rooms are like that : The room with swimming pool view are very diffrent each others.

The only drawback was the hot water. It was impossible to have a warm shower .....the water does not mix well....it's either too hot or two cold.I did report the matter and some adjustment was made which did help a little. I don't know if it was only my room as I don't gossip to other guests.

The staff and the hotel itself were wonderful....I have booked to return in 2025. The cleaning staff were meticilious and obliging and flexible.

Everything as expected. Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms have a mini refrigerator and kettle. Pool for relaxing on a hot day and also close to the beach. Rooms are quiet even though you are close to Jomtien Complex (Supertown) and the cabaret shows

Nothing. Except maybe the sauna stove should have volcanic stones on top so that one can spill water on them.
