Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No dish washing soap and pad to clean the dishes.guest has to buy these items. A small bottle of dish wash, scrub pad and dish cloth would be good rather than using bath towels to dry dishes

BangladeshDespite checking in during regular office hours, there was no one at the gate or reception to receive our luggage. We had to take them to the lobby, which is not easily accessible with luggage. You basically have to climb one floor and then access the lobby and floor lifts. If you aren’t a medical tourist, the location might not be ideal for you. It has only one way in and out, which means that you are likely to be affected by heavy traffic traffic.
Location was close to Bumrungrad hospital, so ideal for medical tourists. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms and toilets were spacious and cleaned daily. Value for money was mighty impressive.

UkraineI had a pleasant stay at Furama Xclusive. The experience was overall very good, and we especially enjoyed the top floor with its fantastic view. The room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the option to choose how I wanted my eggs cooked. However, I believe the variety could be improved for a more diverse selection. The cleaning service was good, but unfortunately, we were given towels that were in poor condition, with holes and fabric falling apart. This was a bit disappointing considering the overall quality of the stay. Despite this, we had a lovely time, and I would recommend the hotel for its great location and beautiful views.
