i would like to see a no smoking policy in place within the resort. also, no children would be a bonus. it's very difficult to relax and read while kids are running around the pool screaming and yelling. being an upmarket resort/wellness centre it would be lively if it was tranquil.

the staff were really lovely. anything you needed was absolutely no problem. walking distance to a supermarket and atm etc.

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Had to ask for change of sheets during our 1st week. Room wasn't cleaned properly and towels were removed but not replaced. Bathrooms are open to the elements and mosquitoes who love the dampness so not very pleasant.

Excellent location for quiet holiday. Very friendly staff very good restaurant serving mixture of Thai and international cuisine Great swimming pool kept very clean.

the resort is situated a long way from tourist activities.taxis or grab so overpriced. To visit the tourist area of phuket will cost 1000 tb. return or more!

Breakfast very good.pool clean but beach a disappointment as tidal water which leaves mud and as a result when tide in it is cloudy water. The resort is well run by british couple, great room and ensures the visitor has everything they need. However it is definitely time to invest in new pillows as sleep was not good.

The facilities are a little old but not worn out or shabby. It is facing the beach but the beach is usually low tide all year round, more used for mooring or fishing. This property still boasts a beautiful view with waves crashing sounds. Nice stretch to walk back and forth.

The area is not busy, nice and simple room setting. Decent cosy rooms and a restaurant that serves adequate menus. All the staff were nice and friendly. Quiet and quaint, offers live music on one of the night. I love how un-commercialised this place is. Peace and quiet.

Beach looked good but wasn’t, no children’s menu in restaurant. Very poor TV choice and irritating Wi-Fi reception.

Lovely environment and great room. Very poolside stay with great service but beach is more beautiful to look at but too polluted to really swim in. Bit spoilt coming from Australia so preferred Kata for snorkeling which was only 15mins away by bolt and 300-350 baht and even though busy could instantly see fish at south end.

There was not enough space in the bedroom, and the bathroom was overly large. As a consequence there was very little cupboard space to put clothes. Therefore we ended up with open suitcases cluttering both the bedroom & bathroom. The sea was very unpleasant (muddy!) & uninviting. Very disappointing considering the excellent veranda we had, & a wonderful vista across the bay.

We think room 21 needs renovation. Maybe ditch the old furniture and see why does the room have so strong moldy smell.

One thing we liked the best- how friendly is the staff. 🫶🏻 They did amazing job! Admins, room maintenance, gardener and restaurant staff - they all deserve a 5 stars review! Because thanks to them, we enjoyed our vacation. Special thanks to restaurant waiter Bon! And also admin lady (sorry forgot her name). They were all very helpful with our requests and their smiles just made our days.:)

We had such a good time here. Our objective for Phuket was to enjoy and kind of do nothing, coming from a few days of being very active. We didn't end up doing nothing because there was just so much to offer. The spa organized for us a Muay Thai class and a massage, both which were very much value for money. The food at the hotel was great. Lots of choice for breakfast.

This is a shining star boutique hotel. Everything about the accommodations, staff, customer service, restaurand, food, facilities, garden, and location was outstanding.

Steep hill in and out of the property to reach the front entrance which was a bit of a trial in the heat. The main road has no pavements so we still have a little PTSD from the amount of traffic and motorbikes that near ran us down. You literally had to walk along the main road and take your life into your hands to go anywhere. Toilets were easily blocked. Outdated plumbing. There were very few sunbeds around the pool for the amount of people staying. The drinks were good. The food was pricey but it was a health and wellness place so it was very healthy dishes that were available. Very tasty but pricey.

Beautiful beach side breakfast. Staff were very friendly sky if not a little slow but we could forgive that. Room was lush. Comfy. Airy. Clean air conditioning unit.
