The smell in the elevator was not good and the water in our room bathroom sink was very slow..

Its on the patong and very central to activities , beach, shops , restaurants , bangla road for bars clubs .. we even dont use a taxi, we enjoyed walking around the area.. Besides that, the hotel was very beautiful with amzaing pool to the ocean view Also the staff was kind and help us with all our needs.

Very busy at breakfast with large tour groups (go early to avoid). The room we had was close to reception and bar so was a little noisy at night.

The cleanliness in the area behind the toilet wasn't perfect and could use more attention. The breakfast area was too crowded at times. However, it's worth noting there’s another restaurant in a separate building, which was quieter and a nice alternative.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early, which was a huge relief after arriving tired from my trip. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and it felt safe and easy to get around by foot or taxi. In terms of value, I think the hotel offered a good balance of price and comfort. The room was clean and well-maintained, and overall, I felt like I got my money’s worth. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for comfort, good service, and a solid location.

We haven't tried the breakfast in the hotel. But this is our second time here and I would definitely come back again. The hotel service was amazing - room was clean and spacious enough for family of 4. The pool is clean and huge - the mango sticky rice is a must try. The hotel is infront of patong beach and 7/11 is probably 5 mins walk. Overall i was very comfortable in the stay.

Firstly I would love to thank the staff for the great reception and hospitality. I asked for certain customizations to be made to our rooms and they were perfectly accommodated and arranged to our liking, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a very sleek modern furniture. Guests services went above and beyond with our requests, and most times provided what we asked for in little to no time at all. The restaurant is well varied, Halal Food was served, and the chef was always attentive to certain food needs (gluten free foods and etc). The toilets had a shattafa which is a great pro, and the location of the hotel is well situated in Patong Beach, allowing easy access to all activities in Phuket. The hotel has a gym hall, small but does the job. All in all, I really recommend this hotel for your stay, whether you are a family or a friends group like us!

Wonderful experience, class amenities and the hospitality left us in awe, Patong beach was just across the road, which makes it an excellent choice for stay in Phuket , and I want to especially thank you guys for the beautiful surprise on my birthday, the cake and the towel decoration etc took me by surprise, would love to visit again !!

The staff were fantastic, the venue was lovely, very picturesque, clean and modern. We had an issue with the AC, which the staff fixed by changing our room within 10 minutes of telling them about the issue. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of good options, and always fresh. The location was ideal as it's far enough away from the business of the main attractions (markets, Bangla Road) but still within a 15-minute walk, which was great. Access to both pools, including the infinity pool with a beautiful view of the beach, offer a hint of luxury and with access to day beds and a giant game of chess there's options for things to do.

The standard guest room is very small compared to other hotels in the area, so I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 1 guest. Also, it would’ve been great if the infinity pool at the Deck beach club was adults only as it is in most hotels, honestly the presence of too many kids there ruins the experience.

We had a 6 night stay here and it was absolutely worth it. The location of the hotel is great, it’s few minutes walk from most hotspots in Patong. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was cleaned daily, we would request housekeeping and go for an hour then come back to a tidy room. The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of options daily and really good taste. Overall, highly recommended!
