AMAZING!! From start to finish the team were so lovely and the place was amazing and clean and also very relaxing. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return again. The room looked identical to the photos, it was genuinely very very clean, they take pride in high standards and it is seen around the room, even the hair dryer was of high standard which was nice. The shower was great, even the toilet paper was of great quality. And the service was spectacular the lady checking us in was so nice and even funny bless her. Everyday they came by and asked if we needed our room cleaned and if not if we needed any water or anything else. I truly couldn’t fault this place. Also in a great location!!

Cannot fault anything.

Lovely boutique hotel. Perfectly placed for us. Within walking distance to the beach, Market Village mall (great selection of shops and eateries) and the night market. 7/11 on the same block and plenty of good Thai eateries opposite and further along. Fantastic vegan restaurant at the hotel itself. Large room and en-suite with large walk in shower. Very clean and tidy. Room cleaned daily (if you want it). The housekeeper was very friendly, helpful and kept common areas clean. Staff on front desk always smiling and helpful.

Hard to think of much.The road outside is busy and needs some navigation at times but otherwise no downside to my stay.

Nice location, very cozy and pleasant coffee bar on the first floor. Very convenient to beach.

My only regret is that I couldn’t have stayed longer.

The room was beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a wall between the shower and toilet so the shower water was well contained. Although the front of the restaurant portion of the building faced a busy road, the rooms face a quiet alley, so it is peaceful and quiet.

Location was really good…. near to night market and beach. Also close to numerous eateries. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with modern decor and furnishings.

It would be great to put liquid soap by the sink so you don't have to buy or constantly drag shower gel from the shower to the sink and back

convenient infrastructure, lots of cafes, beach, massage, etc. we had a problem - we forgot our documents in the room - the staff helped us solve it very quickly. everything is clean and beautiful. soft, comfortable bed, good bathroom, balcony, spacious room.

It is such great place to stay, very clean, stylish and conveniently located in the city centre. I love the vegan cafe underneath it, which is such a plus! Couldn't recommend highly enough, I will be back :)

I found spider webs at the corner of my room, near the peg and the fridge, but nothing too much! Also, the pillow is a bit too soft for my taste, but that's personal preference!

It was my second stay there, I just love how homey it is. It's a very small guesthouse/hotel, I believe they only have 6 or 7 rooms. Love the vibe, the colours, the size of the room.

It's called Bed and Breakfast but there's no breakfast (they open at 10am) and having basic tea or coffee in the room would be great (there's a kettle but no free coffee or tea). The kettle in my room didn't work, I went down to ask for a replacement, to which the manager didn't seem to believe me, telling me it worked twice, as if I didn't know how to use a kettle, and sent a staff member with me to my room, which just confirmed what I said, that the kettle didn't work. I got another (working) one in the end, so it's alright, but as a person managing a service business, her answer wasn't the best. Otherwise she was a nice person. Apart from the manager, the rest of the staff didn't speak much English.

The room is decorated with taste and is quite big! The balcony and the drying clothes rack is a nice touch. Very comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk, a fridge, cutlery, a safe, a wardrobe, a SMART TV with Netflix and YouTube, and an armchair to lounge in! The whole place is really nice and it feels very homey. 10min walk to Hua Hin Beach and 10-15min walk to Market Village.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast at all, Despite the name only apparently, This is a classy little boutique hotel I highly recommend it!

It's advertised as bed and breakfast but the restaurant does not open at breakfast time. Only a coffee, croissant stand is open. Strange!

Located not far from Market Village. Away from the bar areas. Stand alone old Thai building renovated (with 10 rooms ? not sure). My room war large, airy with a small balcony to let in light. The bathroom is large and tastefully designed (I liked the floor tiles especially). The restaurant is bright and airy, tables spaced apart. Though I'm not vegan but I found my meal there enjoyable.
