Hm.. it would be nice with a small kitchen if you have backpackers.

The staff is so nice and welcoming. Location is perfect. You have restaurants everywhere. The blue bus runs right in front of the door. The price is good to.. even in high season. It's both a hotel and a hostel. Your choice.

A lot of spiders mainly the daddy long legs and the room seem to be full of dust. Needs to be dusted more and needs a microwave. The bed was pretty uncomfortable maybe a softer mattress and since the AC is above the bed probably thicker sheets or a blanket. Otherwise the room wasn’t bad I could stay in it comfortably all day and night without an complaint other than those minor changes that I suggested.

The location is great. Everything is walking distance so you don’t really need a taxi to get anywhere and as for the night life, the woman and lady boys (for those who are interested) are all over. Once 6pm hit that’s when the night life begin and you can find all the woman and lady boys you want. This place is guest friendly but only allow one guest per room for the customer’s safety and for those who have trouble telling the difference b/w lady boy and a woman the staff will gladly tell you if you ask since the guest have to have ID or passport in order for them to be allowed in and they can tell you if lady boy or not. Food in the area is great there are ATM that can give you exact currency when you withdraw and ATM are all over the place. Most restaurants require cash but some in the day time only sell liquor but at night time everyone sells food and liquor and beer so best time to get food is after 6pm otherwise in the day time have cash and buy from food carts. Oh and the beach, good walking distance from the beach and walk street where all the fun activities and clubs and action is at. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to Walk street.

Beds & pillows could be a bit softer. Adjecent to the hotel was a foreigner continuesly crying "help help"some hotel guests tried to figure out what was wrong with him. Upon asking the staff said the cops came already and everything is fine, he's just in pain due to some reason. not the fault or responsibility of the hotel at all, it was just annoying for us staying next to this building. I will stay again

2nd stay here, location great near to 7/11, street food, restaurants & bars. Good, silent AC, clean room allbeit the beds are a little firm.

Room size, but it is what it is....Additional roomkey deposit of 500thb is unnecesary as they have a dropbox at the front desk and the keycards are a bit too clumsy to carry around in your pocket, but do understand that there are guests who loose their keys but it shouldn't be applied to everyone....

Location - excellent. Staff - 11 out of 10! Room - small but clean, shower pressure fine, kettle and coffee provided which is a nice touch. The reception staff & cleaners are very friendly and exceeded my expectations. I will stay again!

The "not so good" 😐 blackout curtains only on the window behind the bed; tinted sliding balcony door - but OK and dark enough 😐 Bed had no headboard, so a bit uncomfortable because there was nowhere to lean The ugly 🙁 nothing

The good 🙂 Location, location, location: located in "the" Soi Buakhao, close to LK Metro, nice Cafe (The Espresso, you may sit inside), and food stands 🙂 although in the middle of all activities, somehow quiet (didn't need earplugs); 4th floor and room (419) near the end of the hallway 🙂 super clean, daily cleaning, 2 bottles of Hotel's "own" drinking water every day (see pic) 🙂 equipped with all you need: small fridge, kettle, coffee, cups and glasses, decent towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo

The hostel is pretty dead.

Relatively clean, the ac in the room is amazing. The location is decent with some more affordable restaurants close by. They provided a towel and body soap.
