The room is great! Clean, comfortable, and an awesome view of the sea from the large window. The host is also amazing. He's friendly and easy to communicate with should you require any assistance. Check in was smooth. Facilities of the building are also 5 stars with a rooftop infinity pool, gym, sauna pool table, etc. Highly recommend this place. Very good value for money.

Excellent stay at this aparthotel property. Very central and secure for the location. The infinity pool jacuzzi is fantastic!

The area can get noisy and shady in the odd hours but otherwise great property.

Pattaya skyline view with rooftop pool and hot tub. Yoyo went above and beyond by delivering detergent to the building after 2AM.

A very smart high end feeling apartment. Well equipped, and comfortable bed, good bedding etc. the rooftop pool is lovely. I was unsure if a hotel would have been a better choose when booking but this was definitely better for me. Location great too - easy enough to walk to the beach or busy areas like walking st, but also a little away from late night noise. Very helpful and flexible host, available on WhatsApp.

Not really an issue - but a page of information in the appartment would be helpful - it took a while to work out where the rubbish goes etc - may be worth having a short guide.

The accommodations had everything that we needed. It was wonderful to have a washer dryer unit in our room.

It was hard in the beginning to figure out how to get in. There is a lady out front and she just started helping me. I’m not sure if she worked there or not.

Nearly everything. The view. The atmosphere. Accomodation is very nice and will book it again for sure. 10/10 reccommend. Check in was very uncomplicated also.

Only minor stuff. Maybe some more places where you could place towels to dry after shower and the faucet in the bathroom is a bit low but nothing serious.

The building is one of the best in Pattaya. Highly recommended. Perfectly located, modern, great view, great gym/pool. As for the room, super comfy bed, has everything you need for a short stay.

Nothing. Loved it

It's a small, very nice apartment, literally the best location you could ever have in Pattaya, near the beach, all the bars and best restaurants. The apartment has a great view of the city from the 25th floor. On the 31st floor there are sun beds with sea view, swimming pool, gym, social lounge with a pool table. You can do laundry as well if needed. You can hear some noise from the music and party outside in the evenings, but it's not annoying. The aircon is really good and quiet. The internet is stable and fast. The host is very friendly and answers quickly by phone if there's anything you need.

It's not a hotel, it's an apartment, so there's no daily cleaning or breakfast included. For cleaning and fresh towels you need to pay extra unless you're willing to buy your own supplies and deliver to laundry yourself. Not a biggie though.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the amazing condo experience in Pattaya. The price was incredibly affordable, especially when compared to the quality of the accommodation. The host was exceptionally helpful, allowing me to check in early and check out late, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Communication was seamless, as the host responded quickly to every message. The condo was spotless, and the building offered many great amenities. The location was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This was my first time in Pattaya, and I wasn’t sure which option to choose, but I’m so glad I picked this one. I will definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable place for 1 or 2 people. Without a doubt, I will return next time! Thank you again for everything!
