Really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, but still quiet enough at night to get good sleep. The rooms are clean, with working AC and comfy beds with curtains for privacy. Bathrooms are shared but kept tidy, with hot showers and hairdryers available. Staff are super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Only thing to note is that there’s no real common area to hang out, so it’s not the most social hostel if you’re looking to meet other travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s cheap, peaceful, and way more comfortable than I expected. The dorms are clean, the beds have curtains for privacy, and they even give you fresh towels. The whole place has a calm vibe, which is perfect after a day of exploring. For the price, it’s honestly such a good deal. I’m not too hard to please, but I truly have nothing to complain about. Would happily stay here again if I get the chance!

If I had to mention one thing, maybe it felt a bit crowded at times — but honestly, it was totally fine and didn’t bother me. Everything else was great.

Clean, comfortable and affordable stay in phi, phi. The lady working there was amazing, very polite and happy! Free coffee and water provided. Curtain on bed too.

They had a toaster but no bread provided assuming due to low season.

Location was good, the lady who checked us in was polite enough. That's about it to be honest

When we initially arrived, everything looked okay but looks are deceptive! Firstly, the light to the toilet barely worked and you have to give it a good hit to turn it on. To add to the toilet problem the toilet seat was loose and due to it being right below the shower it was also very wet. In terms of sleeping, good luck! There is no air conditioning and instead there is simply a couple of fans on the ceiling which make the top bunk bed especially hot, also the light doesn't seem to turn off till 2:30am (and doesn't turn on till gone 10am). This however is the least of your worries, there are bed bugs EVERYWHERE. My partner and I have got bites all over our legs and on our backs. When we woke up we could see them on the curtains and crawling over the mattress. What made this even better is that they had gotten into our stuff so after a night of very little sleep we set about washing and drying all of our clothes to kill off the bed bugs. We told the host and to their credit they refunded us a single night's fee however we spent most of that on tumble drying our newly found friends. By the way, we weren't the only ones a couple left just hours after checking in and another lad switched beds three times all due to bed bugs.

The hostel was clean at all times including the bathrooms. It has good location, close to the beach and clubs and its quiet if you want to sleep. The lady that works there is so nice and even though she doesnt speak English, she tries everything to communicate and help :)

The hostel was very small, just one room and toilets. It looked like they turned a shop into a hostel.

Review easy hostel Don’t go there!! Bed Bugs, cockroaches and an owner who is only interested in good reviews and decides which problems he’ll answer and which not. We (3 girls) booked Easy hostel for 5 nights because of the good reviews. In our first night we saw seven bedbugs and some cockroaches. We were disgusted and spend the night outside waiting for the owner to answer (a man who stayed also in the hostel told us that he had answered him all night). In the morning the answer was that we have to deal with that over booking. So we did that, but the whole day, the owner wrote me every 20 min, even though he’d told us he can’t do anything, only booking. It was really confusing and stressful, he told us that he will take care of the bedbugs but each night it got worse, so we decided to contact him to get some discount or anything or maybe just to get an apology, but NOTHING, so we decided to write a bad review to warn everyone.

Great location , not far from pier

No house rules. Unfortunately some fellow guests thought it ok to chatt loudly before they went clubbing at midnight and when they returned at 6am. No rules means sex in bunks is ok, vaping and leaving luggage anyware is no problem

Easy location, sociable, friendly staff. Straightforward and basic. The complaints aren’t even really complaints - it’s just got a bit of a weird setup!

This is literally just a room. You step off the street, through the door and you’re instantly in the dorm. So it’s a bit odd! There’s two showers between the whole dorm which I think has 16 beds - so that can be a bit inconvenient.

The bathrooms could do with updating There is no reception and the external sliding door literally leads straight into the bedroom from the street- this was often left a little open where mosquitos can get in.

It is an easy place to stay in the centre of phi phi. Very expensive at £17 a night it is just a room not even a reception but bed was comfy and had 2 showers and toilets.

Some guests were appalling in their behaviour coming in at 2am shouting and having phone calls. One night I was woken up to two lads of top bunks accross from each other having a loud conversation even after being told off it did not stop. Maybe more signage around stating when to be quiet. Not the hostels fault just a bad load of guests when I was there
