I would say it was truly a good decision to stay in Dusita Residence. She kindly welcomed us with welcome drinks, although we had to check-in late at night. We were also surprised with outstanding housekeeping, which was almost as detailed as that of a five-star hotel. A ferry ride at Bang Pho ferry terminal was awesome too, where you can reach some tourist spots with a cheaper transportation fee. Thank you for everything!

I work 40 years in hotel and tourism business and I am very strict with reviews. But here at Dusita Residence I had the most amazing experience. The residence itself is a masterpiece—beautifully designed, very quiet and with impeccable attention to detail. The small hotel gives you the feeling of being at home. However, it was Pai's kindness that truly made my stay exceptional. She was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, she even gave me a small but wonderful present. If you want a beautiful place, this is the place for you. Thank you for everything! Dusita Residence's location is just as perfect. It's situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with kind neighbors a short walking distance to the next pablic transportation, Bang Pho MRT. There is also a spa opposite.

Dusita is a clean and comfortable place in a non-touristy part of town. It is tucked away and a hidden gem. There are interesting places close by. I had coffee and lunch at some local places near the hospital. The food was yummy. There is Gateway Mall within walking distance and so is 7-11. You can walk to Bang Pho station. And there is even a massage center right across. I am sure if you go exploring around the area, you will find a new place for you. Most of all the staff was friendly and helpful! If I come back to Bangkok, I would choose this place again.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are new. Quality of the place, build materials, free unlimited drinking water, etc... Everything was very new and high quality. The host and the staff were very kind and friendly. The location was perfect for us. MRT station was only a few steps away, which you can get to any popular places. Ferry port was also very nearby and can go to all the famous places for a very cheap price. Ferry rides are just perfect. Cool wind, nice views, and sightseeing along the river. One mall was a few steps away from the house. All the restaurants and very clean, good choices of food at the food court for a cheap price. Bic C market was there. Overall, we'll definitely come back to this place for the Bangkok visit!

The house has a beatiful colonial architecture. It has a garden where you can stay forgetting the traffic. Rooms very good decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with a restaurant nearby, in front of the Dusita there is a cafeteria with massage center. (very recommendable). Hospital on the street below. The subway stop and the boat stop is just 5 min walking, and train station is 2 stops by the subway. We booked the family room. Big space for the family. The bed is very confortable. The sofa-bed also confortable. You can use a common kitchen with the essentials (microwave, kettle). You have also free refiled water. The house is all very clean. Pai is the lady who attend you, very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the locker and the owners came to resolve it.

This is a lovely, quiet place to stay in the middle of busy Bangkok. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us advice and cool drinks, and looking after our luggage after we checked out. The room was spacious, cool and comfortable, with a large bathroom. There is access to a big and well-equipped shared kitchen, and we really appreciated the unlimited free drinking water. The pier is within easy walking distance, and the express tourist boat stops at many of the attractions in the city. There are shops and cafés nearby, and shady places to sit in the garden and on the terrace. I would definitely be happy to stay there again.

I had a great stay there. Everything was perfect in this house, fairly new, nicely decorated, safe and very clean. The staff do everything to make you feel comfortable and are always there for you. It's more like a guesthouse than a hotel, which I really appreciate because it's not so anonymous but more personal, especially if you're staying for several days. Highly recommended!

I liked the cleanliness of the place, everything smells nice. We have access to the kitchen and drinking water at will. The person in charge of the place is very friendly and communicative. The wifi is very good and has a more secure protocol than most. The rooms are very comfortable with a cozy atmosphere.

We had trouble locating the Dusita Residence and so did the taxi. Both ways on arrival and departure. We advise to put a sign up at the bottom of the street.

Staff was outstanding. Very helpful with information and talked to taxi driver to help them locate Dusita Residence. Nice to see filtered water and no plastic bottles. Big clean room and bathroom. Close to MRT. Quiet street.
