Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Is very close to skytrain station but at the same time, quiet and with little noise from Bangkok rush. Lumpini park close. Even the one Bedroom superior suite was huge and the free complimentary bottled water was wonderful. Service of the consierge very helpful and kind.

AustraliaLocation-wise, it wasn't what I wanted. Very few street food stalls or local restaurants. Lang Suan Rd is not my scene - almost nothing but silly designer stores and big lavishly decorated restaurants. RatchadamribRd doesn't have much because there's a large park and university hospital there. So you need to catch the skytrain, which is close enough. The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations. The selection was limited and not very well made. The egg chef wasn't the best either. House keeping needs improvement. Often didn't restock coffee pods, not wiping down surfaces, took the kitchen towel and didn't replace it, one day didn't show up and had to be called in the evening.
Nice resort with great pool and nice rooms. Staff very attentive.

United KingdomIf it had laundry facilities it would have been perfect. The pool was very nice but only had sun on it in the early part of the day as it’s in the centre of the apartment buildings. That’s when having private balconies for sun bathing was a real bonus
Apartment was large, modern with extremely comfortable king size bed & small kitchen with all that was needed. Having 2 balconies to sit out on was fantastic. Staff were delightful & coped well with getting everyone to safety when the earthquake hit & supplied us with drinks & snacks when we were stuck outside waiting for building checks to be done. Suites were about 20 minutes walk from Erawan Shrine & Central Mall. One block from lots of restaurants. Quiet area even though very central. Really enjoyed my relaxing stay.

Hong KongExcellent location, easy walking distance to public transport and to Central-world and the associated malls. Facilities were great especially the fitness suite. Suites are well appointed but would benefit from a little more kitchenware I.e. knives for preparing food. My only issue was being asked for a 5000 bht deposit which was not mentioned anywhere that I could find on the booking.com site.

United Arab EmiratesI booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 8 nights, the price was reasonable compared to the location and services, they had cleaning everyday and the rooms and living were spacious, the kitchen wasn't really fully equipped and the coffee machine didn't work properly but that didn't bother us since we didn't do any cooking, the staff will always quick and responsive, the pool was big and fun for the kids, I should mention the bed was a bit soft or overused probably but the pillows were comfortable, they even offered to make halal options food during our stay, I would recommend it for short family holidays.
