The views where truly amazing. The place is so clean and the shuttle service is great. The restaurant is very nice and reasonably priced. The rooms are also nice for basic. I would stay again.

on an evening the room is too dark to be able to get ready properly, Even the bathroom light is not adequate, consider a light over the mirror for people who want to apply make up etc.

the view from our room was amazing, having our own pool was an added bonus. The walk up the steep hills was a shock on arrival initially but got easier the more your did it. the bathroom being built into the rocks was a nice added feature.

The room was clean with a great view of Koh Nangyuan and the pool from the balcony. Staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the center. A free shuttle service is available, but timing needs to be managed. While motorbikes can be rented in Koh Tao, I don't recommend riding to the hotel; the road is very steep and dangerous for less experienced riders. Interestingly, there were fewer Thai staff, making English communication easier than Thai. It made me wonder if I was still in Thailand.

I traveled during the low season, and the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made the area not very visually appealing. Many places were filled with construction. I got cut by sharp objects in the swimming pool. However, once the renovations are completed, it will be a great location and a good hotel, right next to Nang Yuan Beach and not far from the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The whole resort is outdated. The rooms/chalets are so worn out, bugs were crawling through the cracks. It needs better maintenance and redecoration. Pool was also missing tiles and overall the whole resort needs a refresh.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the location of the resort is amazing also, build on rocks at the end of the island.

The hotel have very nice location with amazing view located the end of the road with down hill a little bit dangerous for some tourist. When we arrived at the hotel we got check In without welcome drink we have to asked once we get into the room and back to the reception bar hotel Room condition. First impression when we arrive in the room we have a nice amazing view with a very large room big terrace but… bed very hard we have problem sleeping with hard bed , the room also missing something and need to maintenance, TV is useless slow and need to setup your own. Out door shower also did not work and we feel wasted the room facilities. The room cleaning come so late we have room cleaning at 4pm Good about this hotel We have a nice wonderful view on our terrace and big space We have a nice breakfast with a wonderful view Swimming pool very nice and bar available for drink but happy hour only until 5pm extend more hours would be nice. Staff speak good English but don’t speak much Thai Special facilities Snorkeling spot in the hotel also very good and relaxing Nice private beach and relaxing area with a great view Pier to nangyoun island also seem a great opportunity to visit

Resort does feel a bit tired in places but it's still got lovely charm. Could do with new towels. Room layout is a bit strange (wooden challet) had no lamps (just bright ceiling lights), very large floor space which seems a bit wasted. Bathroom is massive and again just feels a bit strange but still very lovely & clean.

We didn’t realise when booking how steep a walk it was up to our room but not the worst complaint. Location is out of the way from the main centre of Koh Tao so a more frequent shuttle run would be good.

We really liked the view from our room. Staff were very nice. Good facilities (unfortunately didn’t get to use them due to poor weather). Where the hotel is situated was actually good for the poor weather as the whole place wasn’t flooded because it’s on a slope.

The bathroom design in our particular apartment didn’t make sense. It was huge and empty. Bad use of space when there is so much potential that it would have had. Lamps for the room. It was either super bright or no light it at all
