Didn't really ever see any staff around. Everything was kept nicely but would have been nice to have a host present.

The place is really beautifully designed, always kept really clean. There's a lovely snack and hot drink area and get fresh towels and water daily. Also has a lovely garden and even a rooftop .

The whole house is so cozy and rustic, and the staff were super friendly. It's a bit out of the way but very good value. 20 minute walk to the old city.

It's 15 to 20 mins walk to the.main gate, Tapae Gate of the old City. It would be nice to have an off the ground bed.

Quiet and cozy, not a hotel, feel like home, away from the crowd of Chiang Mai old City. With Grab taxi, it's 80 ThB & 5 min drive to the old city. A variety of eating places around. Great host. Excellent value

Our host was absolutely amazing, and constant provided our room with new towels and goodies. She also was flexible with our check out arrangements and had great communication. The decor was beautiful. It was is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay, we really loved it. We would definitely stay again.

Typical old house in perfect state, tastefully fitted with vintage furniture, perfect balance, not too much, not too little. As architects, we absolutely loved it. The owner is super sweet and always willing to help you with anything. Definitely a come back for us.

You would be staying in a local neighborhood. There are some great street food and restaurants in the near blocks but the property would be kinda far from the tourist places. Personally, the bird singing and white silk curtains made me wake up early in the morning. But I would take a further nap after it. Also the shower water, even switched to the maximum, was a bit cold for me.

I love the huge vintage house. The room is nice and clean and quiet, you got everything you need, AC, towel, toothbrush (even toothbrush cup), shower, paid laundry, refrigerator, and kitchen. The weather was cool at night when I stayed, really comfortable. I really love that there are two bathrooms we can use for three rooms. No rush hours. Jinny was really nice and supportive. Really a nice stay.

The cash only thing is definitely an inconvenience. It is stated when you book, but easy to overlook.

The bathroom is a bit small but understandable.

The host is very nice and kind, allow guest to check-in late and check-out early. Breakfast is also good. The room is clean. Convenient for those who drives. Also has nice Japanese resto nearby (Kitchen Hush).

Some noise from construction going on after the floods. Bed was a little hard. Think the ac could have mold in it, my eyes would puff up when I put it on. The host was apologetic about the noise from construction, very communicative and pleasant. Overall beautiful property.

It’s a beautiful house but the beds are hard, as others already commented and I like hard beds but those are really hard! And the mattress on the floor feels very Japanese, I didn’t mind. The woman who checked me in was not as friendly as people usually are! And her 1000 baht deposit for the key and checking the room before returning, as well as the list of what she will charge if u break things… I don’t know

Too many stains on the walls make the room look very cheap. The washbasin is quite uncomfortable to use. The bed is a mattress... that is not sth I get used to..

The owner is very nice and chill, giving me offers for the drinks etc. The location is good for me, in a very quiet neighborhood and easily walking to the center.

The bathroom is small. The bed sheet and towel is outdated. The curtain does not cover the whole window (about 80% to 90% of the area are covered). I saw a medium-sized spider on the bed. The wall is thin so soundproof is not good. No elevator. Credit card is not supported (they do support Alipay and WeChat Payment though).

The decoration and furniture in the house are beautiful. Located in a quiet place. Some restaurants with Yunnan Muslim foods nearby. 7-11 is within 10 minutes walk.

The WiFi is not the greatest, but it was not a major problem.

The location was great. Comfy and quiet but a close enough walk to most places in chiang mai. The owners were very friendly, giving me suggestions on where to go and even bringing me to some local communities, which I would not have found as a tourist.
