Everything was perfect.

The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing, attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurant is innovative and delicious! Property is walking distance to sites in the old city and is centrally located. It is truly an oasis in Chiang Mai. The pool is nice to have afternoon dips in when the sun is out. Rooms were really comfortable with amazing amenities. I will definitely be back, I didn’t want to leave- I’ve traveled all over the world and this hotel is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

This place is gorgeous! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Customer care was top notch! I felt like a queen staying here. The rooms are so beautiful and well equipped with all the fineries. I loved everything about this place. Food was excellent too!

Absolutely stunning property, with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hotel itself and the rooms are gorgeous, and the touches they made to make us feel welcome (tv welcome sign, sparkling wine in the room) were so appreciated. The pool was beautiful, as was the room balcony + bath tub. The afternoon tea and the attention from the staff was unparalleled. We felt very taken care of and appreciated every little touch.

I can honestly say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in regards to details and customer care. From the time we arrived we were treated like royalty. It was our Anniversary and they went above and beyond decorating our room and making us feel special. The amenities were next level Dyson hair dryer, face mask, hair brush etc. The afternoon tea also amazing. Cant say enough about this hotel. If in Chiang Mai this is the only place you need to stay!

Genuine welcome and amazing team - all lovely. Room was amazing - the pool was so relaxing as was the sound of the waterfall - we loved it. Great juices at breakfast with an interesting a la carte menu which made a nice change from the usual buffet. Walking distance to Sunday night market. Book it .

WOW! The Inside House exceeded my expectations. I don't know where to begin because EVERYTHING was so amazing from the staff, rooms, food, amenities and location. It really is a very fancy place and staff go over and beyond to meet your needs. The beds were so comfortable. It's one of those places you need to see for yourself to understand that The Inside House is truly an amazing place. Would be great for couples, romantic getaway or honeymoon!!!

The inside house is an amazing hotel. From the outside it does not look like much, but it is gorgeous architecturally and the staff are absolutely top-notch. We really enjoyed the à la carte breakfast that came with the room as well as the afternoon tea. The room was also beautiful with every detail Considered.
