The beach across the road from the hotel is also the start of a national park but unfortunately we were unable to use it as it was way too dirty. The park and beach are littered with plastic and rubble to the extend you have to keep looking down to make sure you don't step on something like a syringe. This is the same for all the beach even as far as the airport and beyond. All along the national park there's plenty of makeshift homeless shelters on the edge between park and beach which makes the area very unsightly. Entrance to the park are free if you stay in the resort but anybody alse have to pay 200 Baht to enter. In peak season and not during monsoon it might be cleaner but it's hard to tell. It's a real shame!!

The villa was exceptional with the private pool and outdoor shower. Air conditioning was working well and the App for the resort is a real benefit. A few minor issues have been resolved within minutes of reporting them. The entire property are always kept clean and well maintained. Breakfast at the restaurant are more than sufficient and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The tourist beach, Nai Yang a few hundred meters down the road from the hotel is OK but some days the water is full of dirt and plastic.

Paying for a Grand pool Villa the drinking ice in a bucket and bubble bath mixture should be complimentary. These are only suggestions for top paying guests.

The bug fogging thing started without notifying us (even though the reception insisted they did, but we didn’t receive any related information when checking in, and there’s no note in the room). The fog came inside the room even with the door closely shut and locked. The reception said it’s natural and not chemical, so no need to panic, but both my friend and I felt terrible that this happened. The breakfast was just average. There were flies all over the bread (especially the raisin rolls and cinnamon rolls).

The location’s nice. Close to the beach and the airport. Love the Lime Spa in the hotel.

We have always said to friends to stay here but note that the pool isn't a great, big beautiful pool experience, it's tight and packed in and no plants, etc, but it's fine for a day or two. We also used to have a free airport shuttle years ago, which they now charge you for, which is a shame since it's less than 10 mins away. But i suppose they have to make money on everything too!....

This is our 8th time staying at Dewa - we love it at the end of our Thai holiday as it's right near the NaiYang beach area close to the restaurants, shops and the little town, it's a laid-back hotel that is neat, clean, and easy to get to town, and it has lovely clean and comfortable rooms with strong wifi and air-con and we had a great night's sleep here. Overall the hotel is clean and neat - there is a shuttle service to the airport which you'll need 250 THB to get the transfer and it's only 10 mins away, and the staff had a WELCOME BACK leaf flower display on our bed when we arrived. Overall we'll stay again, as it's very much suited to our travel plans and it's a great area so close to the airport.

Nice private pool, wonderful garden and the entire area was like a wonderful park. The location is perfect - just across you are at the beach and only a short walk to all Nai Yang restaurants.

Seems to cater more to European/American tourists and did not feel like an authentic Thai experience. I also found the rooms have a single door between the bedroom and bathroom which is not fully enclosed and made of partially frosted glass, so it felt lacking in privacy. I think there are more modern and updated hotels in this area that are at a better price point.

We chose this place because it was close to the airport and the beach, the facility is large with activities such as work out classes and western style breakfast buffet. Friendly staff!

Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t on the best stretch of beach

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. It was in a perfect location for that, and somehow the noise from the flight path wasn’t disturbing. I arrived before check-in time but a room was quickly serviced for me. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a quality massage on site.
