The pool closes at 8pm which is quite early as guests often like to swim later due to the heat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to pool view which was a nice gesture. The bed was comfy. And the breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

The pool closes early , housekeeping was not done properly ( bed making - still had crumbs of the day before ) , room not always swept and mopped properly.

We love how friendly and attentive the staff were , especially the concierge helping us book all the best trips and tours for a good price they were amazing , the breakfast was good and swimming pool was amazing - housekeeping was standard they didn’t make the bed properly but that’s okay we are not fussy guests we loved the location and the spa was definitely an experience thank you to the amazing ladies . Also they made it super special for our anniversary that was super sweet .

I didn’t like that the beds were so hard . We initially booked garden view but had to upgrade because the garden view room was too small and not quite what we wanted . We upgraded to deluxe pool view and the room was bigger with a balcony but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable

The hotel was in a good location, it also had an amazing pool and pool bar with friendly helpful staff. They also had a very big breakfast selection which was great . They also allowed early check in and late check out which was amazing

The resort it big with gardens and two swimming pools. We booked the room by the garden and the ambience was amazing. We can hear birds chirping from our room. The staffs were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast is also good with wide variety of options.

Struggled at some intervals to communicate with staff due to language barrier and more can be done to mitigate the mosquitos! More western food can be offered as an option

Property is situated central of Patong, yet very quiet from the busy day/night life. Very clean and tranquil and staff is very friendly

The breakfast was decent - but we got there early one day (10mins after opening) and everything was cold… Even the fried eggs! Bare in mind if you’re an early riser :-)

The room was very comfortable and the bed was massive. Bathroom was nice with good pressure on shower. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful.

Standard hotel everything OK

We stayed at the hotel for the tenth time, everything was the same as last year, accommodation and breakfast were all fine.

We booked a room with a private jacuzzi, but the water wasn't hot, so it felt more like a small pool. As a result, we only used it once, and it didn’t feel worth the extra cost. The breakfast was good but repetitive, as it was the same every day. It would have been great to see some variety.

The staff were super friendly. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. The rooms were clean, with daily cleaning service. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available at all times.
