How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very convenient location- walking distance to all the malls in Siam Square and all the restaurants of Banthat Thong Rd, and a short walk from the BTS. The hotel itself is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The staff are unobtrusive and kind. I really liked the hotel and would happily stay here again.

The only problem is that there is no windows or the view is yo a wall with pigeon sheet one meter away... if you can ignore this, all the rest is above wonderful!
Hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, in a great location.

We knew the restaurant was closed for construction but it would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel. Also the pool closes very early at 8:30. Would be nice if that was 10:30 so we could enjoy the night skyline.
Great hotel in center of Bangkok (walking to MBK and street food and train or Grab easily available). We had very welcoming staff and the accommodations were very comfortable in our family room which has a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids.

The hotel is in a great location, near a BTS station. The rooms are lovely, clean, equipped, and well decorated. The staff were super nice, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Service was great! Room was clean and quiet. Location was amazing for group tours (a lot start at National stadium, which is about a 5min walk from the hotel).

Nothing. It was great.
Adorable boutique hotel in a great location. Perfect for our family of 4 for the 2 bedroom. Was able to access metro and walk to many places. Also, able to send out laundry to be done. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic - incredibly quiet, clean, comfortable bed including pillows, good sized room and bathroom, walking distance to the train and canal ferry, great restaurants very close by. Staff were so friendly. Wonderful value for money.

The water pressure was low and the water heater didn't work consistently. Wifi also very slow.
Very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Modernly equipped furniture and a big fridge as a bonus. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. The location was excellent. The room that we got was quiet.

This was the perfect base for my brief stay in Bangkok, the staff were so helpful and kind and provided me with essential items like maps, sky rail map and also advice on the best areas nearby to go for street food and shopping. The room was so comfortable and well equipped and after arriving from Nepal and a long journey, it was a true place of peace, quiet and comfort. It's really central to the everything in a great location for the malls but tucked away in a quiet spot. I wouldn't hesitate but to stay here again in the future. It was perfect.

No in house laundry machine.
Place was sort of hard to find, nestled in a quiet place down a side road next to a few other hotels. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, smelled good. Water pressure is great. Only 12 minute walk to MBK center.

Pool was ok. I think they built like a good to have but not must have so the size was quite small but I am fine with it since I spent 95% of my time exploring Bangkok.
First of all, the most helpful and attentive staffs I ever encountered. They are very meticulous to detail on hospitality I can say this is the real 5 star hospitality experience (I had stayed in various 5 stars and posh hotels but I think Daraya is up to that bar). Room was spacious, like the colour mixing in the interior design. It is quiet and comfortable, had a good sleep.
