The place is a bit old..the bathroom is quite old

Loved everything

The location couldn’t be better – literally just steps from the beach. I could actually see the ocean from my private balcony and waking up to that view every morning was unreal. The staff were super friendly and helpful without ever being too much – you feel really welcomed but still have your space. The room itself was cozy, clean and had everything I needed. There’s even a rooftop area with fitness machines – such a cool surprise. Great spot to stretch out or just take in the view after a beach day. I also loved how close everything was: markets, cafes, even local buses. It’s easy to feel at home here, even if it’s your first time in Thailand.

Honestly, the only thing I’d say is that I wish I had booked more nights! 😅 I’ll 100% be back.

There was so much noice from the beach all night that it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom was tiny and old, the paint was scratched from all over the floor and if you have a shower, you can't enter the bathroom because it will be wet everywhere so if you want to use the bathroom after showering you have to wipe the floor yourself. There's breakfast included, but i had no idea because the staff didn't tell me upon arrival, so i didn't eat there. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all, i asked for a discount as i was staying there for my birthday and she said no. I think she was the owner. Afterwards i stayed in another hotel just up the street that was cheaper and quiet, and the bathrooms were normal with a normal shower and they also had a pool. This hotel was my first bad experience in Thailand with owners who doesn't care about their customers. Spend your money elsewhere and you will be much happier i promise! It's all fancy pictures of areas that aren't even being used and nothing else.

One way road

Windows and door was rattling all night long, could not sleep. Never go there again. Breakfast was today and egg and rice. I'm vegan

If you want a clean, comfortable, basic room right across the road from the beach at a reasonable rate, this is the spot. If you've got a few extra bucks, spring for a room with a balcony. It's worth it to be able to step outside and smell the salt air. The view is wonderful. On the downside, the beach is lit up at night, and there are people on the beach all night long. Be prepared, sometimes the boom boxes get pretty booming at 3 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, you're going to have to choose: a view of the beach right outside your window, or sleep. I went for the view.

The breakfast is cold rice, egg, ham and a hot dog-like sausage thingie, and a tiny bit of salad, all in a plastic take-out box. It's not available until 8:30, so if you want to set off on your adventures early, you won't get the cold, plastic-encased breakfast. On the plus side breakfast-wise, there are corn flakes and milk and bread - including whole wheat - with margarine and jam. Instant coffee, of course. Juice would have been a nice addition. The fresh fruit is a pleasant add-on.

Very noisy with bars and people on the beach playing music

The location is brilliant, overlooking the beach, close to market,shops,bars and restaurants, all on the doorstep, good AirCon and shower.

Very dirty like sand in the bathroom bcoz people come back and have to wear shoes until reach the bedroom. Better provide disposable slipper for internal use so that guest dont have to wear sandy shoes into the bedroom.Sea view room is not the same as photo.

Everything didn't like

Breakfast not bad, Location Very good.

I could not sleep for two consecutive nights. There was very loud parties going on in front of the hotel on the beach with loudspeakers shouting music ALL NIGHT LONG making the windows vibrating! My room was not cleaned after the first night (should i have requested for this?) and had big spider nets in the bathroom just above the toilet bowl, the sink was broken, I could not get warm shower as the water almost cold. The breakfast was in a plastic lunch box (fried rice), coffee was powder coffee. The hotel does not have a lift. When your room is on the 3rd floor, you better be fit and not have heavy luggage!

The broken furniture, fungus on the ceiling in bathroom, bad smell, old and dirty towels, poor lighting. The breakfast is the same from day to day. Near the hotel lots of loudly places (nightclubs etc.) so you cant sleep at night. And you have to pay deposit 500 baht for the key!
