my partner has bad knees and multiple sclerosis so it was a bit of an effort to climb onto a platform to use the toilet and shower.

I was shocked when it happened. So I took a sunbed on the beach and was about to relax when an employee approached me and informed me that if I stayed in the hotel for less than 5 nights, I would have to pay for the sunbed! This is a descremination alert, honey! I paid for my night as well as guests who stayed for more than 5 days, and I deserve to have this sunbed included too! What’s the rule like this? Nonsense

A bit of sewage smell from time to time.

Clean room very close to the sea. The beach is very nice: less crowded than Kata and Karon beach, it has restaurants, fresh fruit stand, SUP rental. Possible to have breakfast on the beach in one of the nearby restaurants.

All good. Nothing to not like.

Its an older style beachfront resort which the rooms have been recently upgrade and renovated so it feels like new. Its very clean, tidy and comfortable with direct access to the beach at one end and to the restaurants and shops at the other end. We were expecting a budget stay but we were very pleasantly surprised. Its great value for money compared to the more luxurious resorts across the road which do not have direct beach access.Highly recommend and would stay there again.

It's better to make your own taxi arrangement for the airport. Mosquitoes had a feast!

A few steps from a very busy beach, lots of restaurants, shops. Close to the airport. Room was adequate. It was a convenient place for us to stay overnight to be able to catch an early flight.

Door locks could be more secure

Air conditioning is unfortunately positioned. Lights could be improved for a better atmosphere.

The Bungalow has direct access to the beach. Bars and restaurants are close by, and within hours, you feel at home in your new "living room".

Nothing bad to say

Very good location, just right at the beach. It is in a quite area, we were not looking for night life , so it was perfect for us. The staff was super helpful. I booked just one night. My plane was delayed and I had to arrive one day later to Phuket. I contacted them and moved the booking one day later with no additional cost. Thank you for the understanding and kindness! I had read in the comments that the beach was dirty, but it was super clean and taken care of

All was fine! On a minor note, I only had one of the three rooms we rented, and the television had Netflix, which was a big plus. The team should also consider the upgrade for the other rooms.

The bungalows are all near the beach, and the kids loved it. Although simple, they had all we needed, and the air conditioning worked well for us. Silent in the night, we all had a great sleep

The beach itself if very dirty which is a shame. B

The accommodation was perfect, super clean and staff very helpful. The room was clened daily and just by the beach which was perfect. They also do teh best thai massage!!! Beautiful sunset and very nice restaurants and coffe near by. You also have supermarkets in the main road.

We rented two rooms. One room had a good AC unit the other didn’t. You have to take your key which controls the electricity with you when you lock your room.

Location is amazing! You are right on the beach and within minutes of restaurants. Shower was great. Chairs are available to sit outside and towels are provided daily during your stay.
