United KingdomRooms not clean enough. One night the air-con broke and started leaking. They offered I moved rooms or a technician would come however, it was past midnight and I was tired. It was a bit of an inconvenience. Some front desk staff were not approachable.

United KingdomAircon packed up in our room, credit to hotel fixed we moved rooms, but the next room toilet had the smell of cabbage. Hotel offered for us to move again, declined as no proof the next room may not have similar issues. Location on Jomtien beach very quiet, therefore ended up getting taxis and tuk tuk buses to Pattaya.
Room sizes large for family 4. Breakfast in morning not too bad selection not best but better than some with mix of Thai food, and normal continental options croissants and bread pastries etc to choose from. Courtesy water bottles and tea coffee in room. Pools were nice as was the fitness center

ThailandThe check-in time took so long, almost an hour, and asked some guests beside me. They took about 2 hours to check-in. The hotel was quite old, and the room was also old if compared to the picture. The bed was very hard, we couldn't sleep all night, and we had to move to sleep in the living room on the sofa till morning. It was a hard time for us that day. Since we had not been sleeping all night, we couldn't have breakfast on time. That was a bad experience.

AustraliaThe fact that all electrical appliances were connected to the key card including charging ports, lights and the AC. If I needed to sleep with the AC on or charge my phone overnight, then it meant I had to sleep with the lights on which was a bit annoying & frustrating.

United KingdomWe went to the restaurant/bar and they were serving street food. We had to buy vouchers and were told we could use the vouchers to buy the street food or. use them I the restaurant or cash them in. We tried to cash them but the hotel would not honour this. I'm owed 300 baht and my friend 100 baht. Not a lot of money but we feel that it was misrepresented to us. The .most expensive Pad Thai I've eaten, unfortunately not the best.
The staff where quite helpful and very pleasant. Brilliant views . Pool area was always clean. Breakfast was excellent.
