How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

No microwave in the room, water in shower difficult to regulate either too hot or too cold TV reception was poor
The location was within walking distance to everything I needed and didn’t always need taxi or bus easy to get around and close to the beach, cleaning the rooms daily very good staff

Limited parking on site, but ok for off season. Breakfast buffet and small restaurant were both adjacent to pools.
Great location to beach, shopping, restaurants. Walking distance to all. Room was very nice, clean, balcony overlooked Main Street so great for people watching. Great Happy Hour!! Good breakfast Buffett. Great staff!

If you are sensitive to noise when it’s time to rest, then be sure to select beach view. Don’t go for just the cheap price and select city view as the road noise is extreme for a sensitive sleeper.
Staff were amazing. I somehow left my passport in my original room when I picked up my keys for my room change the service had it at the front desk for me. I was so appreciative. Beach access, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel provides beach tote with 2 beach towels and beach mat and patio chairs to take to the beach.

they built part of the hotel in the way of the pool so the loungers dont get much sun.
We really liked it. Lovely pool and bar area. Big rooms with a nice balcony. Quiet, great location and just generally ticked all the boxes. would definitely go back

Just the noise from road in room located at the end of building next to road
Good location, close to beach and easy access to shopping mall and other daily needs. Hotel room very satisfying, clean and everything you need for short or longer stay. just sightly noisy located at the end room of building near to busy road. Swimming pool located on 2nd floor and another on 4th floor with bar facility.

Location near the beach plus 2 swimming pools. It’s also handy for Market Village shopping mall and for eating and drinking Soi 94 is a 10 minute walk away Staff were always helpful and laundry was inexpensive and same day. It’s not trendy or flashy but it is good, honest value

The last room was too noisy. Depends on what room you are allocated. The last three were fine.
A good, steady, reliable place to stay. Excellent value. Good location. Parking great, thank you, Andy. This is the 4th time I've stayed. A couple of steps away from Village Market. Cheap and cheerful food court and supermarket.

Maybe being picky but , breakfast was a bit plain . However ok .
We loved this hotel. As soon as we walked in we knew that we would like it . It had 2 pools . The weather was a bit against us . However we tried both . Great value for money . Rooms were clean & spacious. Awesome shower & bathroom. Nice balcony. The lifts were very quick. Free car parking . Just a short walk to the beach . Right opposite bluepoint mall . & short bike ride to the village market shopping centre . I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again .
