If I have to mention something; At night keep the door closed, there is a large outdoor BBQ / Hot Pot restaurant close by........

All of it, but the best part must be the staff. Beautiful tips and reservations for their personal choice of restaurants and better eco friendly Elephant farms. We, a family of 6, had three rooms adjacant to each other as requested. Breakfast was made by a choice of delicious sandwiches you can choose from and the best coffee I had in Thailand. Really a gem in Chiang Mai. Rooms were also very good.

All was great.

Owners and staff are very friendly and always ready to do their best to satisfy your rquests. Room and common areas as well very nice and absolutely clean. Swimming pool no so big but more than enough to enjoy and rest after long day out. Breakfast menu fully satisfy our expectations and quality was really good. Position perfect to visit Chiang Mai main attraction at walking distance. Hope to have chance to back again soon

This was my second time back to Chiang Mai and second time stayed again at Coucou, the staff and hotel owner still remember us with warm welcome when we arrived, it just feels like going back home. I love the breakfast they made everyday, when we finish breakfast we usually stay in the pool for a bit, it was nice and refreshing before going out. The location just perfect in the center of Old Town, you can basically walk around and if too hot, we can always back to hotel again and enjoy the pool to cool down in the afternoon. Room is simple but very clean and it’s what we needed. I also love the TV which you can connect Netflix and chill in the room in the evening before bed. I look forward to going back again next time and thank you very much for your small gift and your warm hospitality.

The place looks amazing, very classic looking and really relaxed vibe. It's a pretty small place but that means it's really nice and quiet. Wonderful breakfast. The pool is perfect for cooking off during the day.

The CouCou Hotel is exceptional. The Managers went above and beyond assisting booking attractions, always welcoming, CouCou Hotel is so clean. Breakfast was amazing 😋. Laundry service quick turn around. Well done to the Owners and Staff 1st class service. We visited with 2 x teenagers 17yr and 15yrs, stayed 3 days, and should have stayed for longer in Chiang Mai. The Hotel location is great for the Old Town and Temples are close by. The night market in Chaing Mai is also just a short walk away. The pool has views over a nearby temple and is great for relaxing.

This hotel is stunning. The design fits in well with historic Chiang Mai. The building is brand new and felt great quality. The courtyard with the trees is pretty, and the pool is the best view with the temple across the road. The coffee and breakfast available in the lobby coffee shop is affordable, and the breakfast toasts were amazing! The location is also perfect, on the edge of the square, right near North Gate. The best part was the staff, the owner was always there in the mornings to chat, and everyone else throughout the day and the cleaning staff were all so helpful.

It gets a little noisy late at night from a nearby restaurant..... but earplugs are provided should you need them.

From the very first moment of our arrival until our departure, the level of attentiveness from the front desk team, in particular the young lady managing reception, was outstanding. The quality of the amenities in the room and offering at breakfast is befitting of a 5 star hotel. The coffee is outstanding. The pool, although small, is perfectly appointed for a lazy afternoon of relaxation or a bit of sunbathing.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable hotel with amazing helpful, friendly staff. We felt so looked after and they gave loads of great tips and recommendations. Fantastic location, super close to old town and a great jazz bar with live music every night. Oh, and delicious breakfasts too!

The ambience was amazing. The building had style from the outside and glamor inside. The staff were so polite and tended to all your wishes should you need anything booking etc. Breakfast was amazing and the pool had a great touch of being able to sww the top of atemple accros the road. Rooms Had it not been booked up I would of extended my stay there

Noise from traffic at bedrooms (earplugs were provided!) and pool. The AC was on top of the bed so blowing in your face at night.

I would recommend providing access to the coffee machine in the lobby before 7:30 for early risers!

exceptionally clean....beds very comfortable as well as bedding. Great location...easy walking to old city ...direct access to walking along the waterway
