Great place to stay and feel at home. Owners are very helpful, kind, and welcoming. You can book trips with them for a better price. They arrange it straight away. Everyday breakfast with fresh fruits. Sometimes something extra special, but always good. Very clean and well kept. Location is amazing.

The hostel is spotlessly clean and hygienic, with plenty of space for hanging laundry. The room was cool and comfortable, featuring ample storage and spacious beds. The free breakfast was a great perk, especially the peanut butter—it was amazing! The location is super convenient, with a 7-Eleven and Tha Phae Gate just a short walk away. Plus, it’s quiet with no noise disturbances. Highly recommend!

This hostel is amazing and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in! The owner George is great; very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The dorm and common area are cozy, well kept and extremely clean. Breakfast is really good and you can enjoy nice coffee all day. The location is great and it is easy to explore old town from there. It is one of the best hostels I have stayed at! Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Chiang Mai!

Probably the cutest Hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s family owned and you really feel like home. Every morning fresh and different varieties of breakfast with fresh fruits. Very comfy beds, lockers in your pod, light and plug as well. Everything super clean and it looks new and renovated Not gonna lie I can’t even find a thing I did not like here. Therefore an honest 10/10 😊

Comfort Zone Hostel is in the perfect location. It is off the Tha Phae Street but close enough to walk down to the old city and go temple hopping. There is a 7Eleven less than 40 metres from the hostel plus accessible ATMs. George & Kim (the owners) are such lovely welcoming people and so accommodating. I originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 14 days. The maid (I’m so sorry I didn’t learn her name), is so sweet and works really hard to keep the hostel spotless & make people feel welcome. If I’m ever back in Chiang Mai (which is highly likely), I’ll definitely stay at Comfort Zone again.

Definitely one of the best hostels I have ever been! The owner and the staff are very friendly, it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Also they have really good coffee and breakfast. I liked it a lot and booked it already again for my layover in Chiang Mai next week. :)

It’s not a super social hostel, but I think it’s mainly because there is no proper and comfortable zone to hang out. But despite that, I did meet some really nice people!

I stayed here 2 times during my trip to the north. It’s a great hostel with a very good location. The owners are super nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hostel. The dorm and the bathroom are very clean and the breakfast was plain but good. Loved that they had a water filling station with cold water and cheap washer and dryer. Would recommend this hostel if you’re going to Chiang Mai!

I loved staying at Comfort Zone. It felt like a home away from home, which I can’t say about most hostels I been to! George and Kim are wonderful people and even more wonderful hosts, they treat you like you’re part of their own family. The shared spaces and kitchen are are so cozy and there is always fresh fruit and breakfast in the morning. The best stay ever, you’re missing out if you don’t book yourself here.

I arrived too late in the morning and there was George, with his extreme kindness he gave me a warm welcome. From there the experience was already 10/10. He showed me around the place, pointed out exactly where everything was, which made it all too easy. To my surprise, when I woke up he had breakfast available, even Thai dessert made by his wife. I couldn't be more satisfied with the stay I had in Chiang Mai, it really was extremely pleasant and I met amazing people that will remain engraved in my life today. If I could rate this place 11/10 I would, it's really worth it. Thank you George, you are the best host in the world.

Comfort Zone Hostel is truly one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. George and Kim run this place with so much warmth and love that you instantly feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, social, and welcoming. They always find ways to make their guests feel special—whether it's offering fresh fruits, delicious snacks, or simply making sure everyone is comfortable. The hostel is also exceptionally clean, as great care is taken to keep everything spotless. I could not recommend this hostel enough. I arrived very early morning and George was so kind. Gives you a warm welcome and is always so lovely to the guests. They even provide complimentary food items in their lovely chilled common area. The whole hostel was extremely clean and as a solo traveller I felt 100% safe. Thank you so much George & family!🤗
