All the staff were very kind. They prepared beautiful flowers for me. The breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed the free bicycle rental and cycling around. I would love to come back again.

A peaceful haven, overlooking beautiful huge green gardens, home of many kinds of singing birds, fireflies blinking at night. The staff very friendly and the food absolutely delicious. A beatiful small resort, every detail thought about. Caring for nature can be felt everywhere.

    Everything wonderful.

Waan and Pil were such friendly, personable hosts who helped with our dining and sightseeing recommendations, massage booking and airport transfer. Their team including Air were also always ready to help. The room was bright, airy and very clean and comfortable with calming views of the garden farm. We loved lounging at the day bed during the day. Bicycles were available and very necessary to explore the island (look out for fireflies at night!). Breakfast prepared by Pil was very substantial and delicious. The open air cafe was another perfect place to hang out and enjoy the breeze. We are likely to return in future.

Slight erratic hot and cold water in the shower.

Our 3-night stay at Coconut Lane was the best. Despite being close to the city, the lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere made it feel like we had traveled to a completely different world. The rooms are simply outstanding—far superior to any others. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with authentic Thai charm. Everything felt new, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Phil and Waan were incredibly kind and attentive. Each morning, they checked in on our plans and offered helpful advice. And the breakfast? Absolutely exceptional! Phil is a truly talented chef. Even if you’re not staying at Coconut Lane, their café is a must-visit. We took a Grab from the airport to the accommodation. After checking in, we mostly used the complimentary bicycles or took motorbike taxis, which were both very convenient. If you’re looking for a unique and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. Definitely will visit again!

It is the most relaxing and charming place imaginable. It is a complete oasis of charm. An escape. I wanted to chill and recover from jet lag - and spent a couple of days enjoying this area known as the Lung of Bangkok given its almost rural feel. A bit of cycling and a bit of tourism (there’s a fun floating market). Yet when I was ready to venture into the melee of the city I was maybe only 40 minutes by taxi from the action. It has two very comfortable rooms - book room one if you can for the view. Upstairs is a cafe where people seemed to have arrived from the centre to experience the same calm. Sustained by a very good breakfast and uplifted by the really friendly service. What a lovely team. Waan and Pil were also always there to help. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We only spent one night at the Coconut Lane Bangkok boutique hotel, but it left an unforgettable impression on us. The hotel stands out for its uniqueness – the view of the jungle-like garden with a water canal is absolutely magical. The open bar on the upper floor adds charm, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What impressed us the most, however, was the owner – incredibly friendly, kind, and exceptionally helpful. He prepared a delicious breakfast for us and recommended a fantastic restaurant in the port with a view of Bangkok for dinner. On top of that, he lent us bikes, making it easy to get there. He was also a great support in planning the next steps of our trip, sharing practical and valuable advice. If we ever return to Bangkok, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

A wonderful place to stay in this beautiful, quiet area outside the intensity of Bangkok, which is known as the city's 'Green Lung' - think lush mangrove forests instead of late-night bars. Coconut Lane is laidback and intimate, a modern airy building with a shaded verandah to relax and watch the wildlife. Every morning we breakfasted on fresh tropical fruit, smoothie bowls and French toast - washed down with excellent coffee - while looking out at rollerbirds, egrets and monitor lizards. Coconut Lane is a cafe as well, so there were a few daytime visitors at the weekend, but the vibe remained uber-chilled. Our room was cool, quiet, spacious and kept immaculately clean. If you want to get into central Bangkok, it can be a mission because of the traffic - it took us about 1 hour each way in a taxi, which was ok for us as we only wanted to go once, but this may not be the place for you if you want to spend a lot of time in the heart of the action. Instead, we visited the island's floating market and loved taking the hotel bikes out on the pathways that cross the mangrove forests. A special thanks to Air, our wonderful host in the owners' absence. Always friendly, helpful and smiling, she helped to make our stay in this unique place even more special.

Everything was just PERFECT. The hotel itself was so so beautiful and clean. I loved the room so much that I didn’t want to go outside! Staffs were extremely sweet and helpful. I recommend you rent a bike from the hotel and go around the town. There are not only a market and a park, but also cute cafes you can bike to. I will definitely come back to Bangkok just to stay here again. Coconut Lane is one of the best stays I’ve ever had in my life.

The bathroom can smell a liiittle bit funky, but not as much as to call it a problem:)
