Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ThailandThis is our second stay here in as many weeks - that’s how lovely it is. Great location with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are generously sized with two separate bedrooms and lounge area and situated right in front of pool. Very kid friendly. Lovely onsite cafe, Yai, for breakfast and drinks. It closes at 5:00pm though and on Wednesdays - you can walk to a nearby restaurant called Papylotte (which was fantastic) for dinner tho so no issue with that. We’ll definitely be back.

ThailandYou have to drive to the waterfront- not an issue for us but some people might want to be closer to the seafront/restaurants etc
We chose Coca Pina for a quick overnight pitstop between Donsak & Bangkok. From arrival we were impressed- immaculate gardens, play area and parking. Staff appeared immediately with a trolley for our luggage. Super friendly and helpful. Check in was seamless. The resort itself feels peaceful and very leafy and green. There are two pools each with a kids area with small slide. A sliding door leads into a small lounge area with a bedroom off to each the left and right. Bed was big and comfortable. Whole place was spotless. Was able to work right outside the room while kids played in pool in front of me. Gorgeous cafe Yai serving lovely coffee and food for breakfast. We were so impressed we will probably come back just to stay here!

AustraliaIt is a bit of a way from the hubbub of town, so if you want to be 'in the action', this might not be the place for you. It's quiet, and there are lots of birds around. If you like the quiet, never fear because you can arrange rides into town. We were also able to arrange a ride to the mountain (climb to the temple) and the coach station for free.
Oh, wow, this place is wonderful! The moment we got there, late, tired, hungry, and slightly dishevelled, the staff catered to our every need. They went and bought us take-away that night, which was very sweet. In the mornings, we dined at YAI cafe (onsite) for breakfast, where the food is super tasty, and I drank my body weight in chocolate mint shakes! Check out the interesting decor here, very anime inspired. There are also Poy fish swimming in a pond outside the window and a tranquil little waterfall. The bed was so comfortable! We stayed in a villa, which was spacious, clean and a little bit quirky in its decor (which we loved)! There were robes to wear, and the air conditioning was brilliant (one in the bedroom as well as the living room). With the air con, it even has a mode where you can turn the lights off, which made less light in the room during the night. There are two swimming pools at Coco Pina. May is a quiet time, so we had the pool to ourselves the whole stay. Let's talk about excursions! The lovely, friendly staff drove us around all day to see different sites for $2800. To put this in perspective, it was $70 AUD each. You couldn't book a tour from Hua Hin for less than that, plus it was private and personalised. And the cars they have are VERY comfortable! The staff also drive you to the pier side of the town in the evenings, where we spent two hours. They have a night market there (with delicious pineapple and chilli salt), you can get a neck and shoulder massage for 30 minutes for 100 baht ($5). We enjoyed our stay so much, and it is totally worth the money!

United StatesNo complaints at all, especially for the entirely reasonable price.
The pictures available on the booking site don't do the resort justice, it was even nicer than the photos suggested. There are actually two pools, with four of the "Coco" rooms clustered around each pool. Made it feel more like a private pool villa than a shared facility. There isn't breakfast available, but there's a really high quality bakery/cafe that opens by 8:00 which can meet needs. A great coffee too.

We booked Coco Pina as a one night stopover on the way from Bangkok to Koh Phangan. We were so impressed we have rebooked it for 3 nights on the way back. It is a lovely resort with a great cafe. Room is very spacious and the resort has 2 swimming pools. Everything worked. Excellent Wifi and AC. Plenty of parking and a great shower. Very convenient location and just a couple of hundred yards off the Motorway.

United KingdomTHE ONLY THING THAT COULD IMPROVE THE STAY IN MY OPINION WOULD BE THE ADDITION OF A SMALL LAMP IN THE LOUNGE THAT COULD BE LEFT ON DURING THE NIGHT SO YOU CAN SEE WHEN YOU GET UP AT NIGHT. IT WAS VERY DARK. A CAN OF MOSQITO SPRAY WOULD BE USEFUL
NO BREAKFAST BUT THERE WAS FACILITY FOR HOT DRINKS WITH BISCUITS

GermanyWe felt so comfortable that we extended it twice. The rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious. The pool is beautiful and the terrace invites you to relax. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the café is very tasty. We also liked the homemade baguette very much. We got every wish fulfilled. A very special thanks to Ana, who was at our side with advice and action. Free transfer to the market, doctor, pharmacy, etc. Thank you very much for that. Many thanks to the management for the warm support. Keep it up, we can only recommend you ❤️👍

ThailandThe wash basin/vanity area is located in the living room. The red accent tile in the toilet room and shower room give those areas a cheap out of place appearance, IMO.
Convenient location, very clean facility and the staff are helpful, cheerful and efficient. 24 hour security.
