We were not informed about the construction site near our room, which spoiled the view and caused some disturbance. Breakfast was served at a restaurant/bar across the street, but not a problem.

The view is amazing, as is the location. The property is situated on a cliff, which provides a stunning view (from our room). It also has a private beach and is just a few steps away from restaurants, bars, beach, massage places, and more.

The manager/staff was not friendly. We did not get room service; they left stuff(water. Toilet paper) at the door without doing room service. They were building a room next to us which means not that much privacy and silence we were hoping for. It is close to the beach anyway but don't count on the private beach they claim here. There is an access to the sea but not as a beach we expected, and it was blocked by the constraints side anyway. We walked to the public beach next to it.

We get a room with an amazing view as it is in photos, very nice and very dreamy. The location is quite a short walk to the main street and close to many good restaurants at the beach.

When we stayed there seemed to be construction work going on by the beach making the hotel access to the beach more difficult. Whilst we saw the pool itself was cleaned there were areas outside the pool I.e. step with water to clean shoes that was green and smelt like stagnant water.

Location was ideal about a 10 minute walk from the ferry port and close to the main walking street by the beach. Resident cats were cute. The pool was refreshing. The individual hours were spacious.

Our room #10 was ok but rustic which was expected. Beds were a little lumpy and pillows not so great. Our main issue with that room was any time you used the shower or the toilet a strong sewer smell came from the drains. Staff did try and remedy the situation but didn’t fix it. Only there 2 nights so stuck it out. Free breakfast across the street was so so. Have had much better in Thailand. The 2nd room we had for the other member of our family was great and without issues.

Location was great. 10 min walk to ferry and 5 min walk to restaurant and bar area on beach. Was quiet and the pool area and views were amazing. Watch the sunset from the pool. Room had a nice deck and chairs with a great sea view. Pool was clean and staff were always out cleaning common areas.

The room was small & bathroom dated. Over priced for what it was. Room & balcony were not private. Pool was small. Breakfast was in an outdoor space nearby shared with other hotels. Often had to queue for a table, share tables & food area was not very clean. Breakfast was OK but everywhere covered in flies. I picked up the island stomach virus while here which many people in this resort & island had. Not the hotels fault, but deeper cleaning may have helped stop the rapid spread.

Our room was set back away from the pool and didn't have much of a view, but that's probably our fault for being on a budget. We did get to see the rooms on the very front, which had spectacular views, so maybe next time we would book one of these.

Gteat location for Sairee Beach on both sides. Very peaceful and chilled, away from the noisy bars. We didn't bother hiring a bike as everything was in walking distance.The swimming pool was lovely with lots of seating areas. The views were stunning and had great sunsets from the pool and rocks at the bottom of the resort. The staff were lovely and friendly, and very helpful! They gave us plates of fruit, and when we left, they gave us each a little handmade bracelet. The room was very spacious and had great air con and a fan. We did have an issue with a leaky tap and broken patio door, but the tap was replaced with a new one immediately, and the door was fixed within hours after reporting it. The room service was fantastic, our room was cleaned daily, and we had 4 fresh towels daily! we loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Tao! 🥰 Thank you to all the staff for making it a great stay xx

The pool had a great view but was a bit small and not many loungers around it. We had some building noise on a couple of days as they were renovating some of the rooms.

The location was quiet and you are only a few minutes walk to many restaurants, shops, bars and 4 yoga centres, the beach and the pier for arrival and trips. We had room 4A which is an upper room with garden view and side sea view. It is very large, was super clean and with large balcony. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful to all our questions. The breakfast has an excellent selection and serves from 7- 12 so very flexible.
