We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelThere is no access there by public transportation, so you have to rent a car or a scooter to get there. There is a restaurant on the road above, a bit of a walk but nothing difficult.
The place is very beautiful and invested. Each room is uniquely designed and the rooms we saw were comfortable and pleasant. There are many outdoor seating areas. Pleasant atmosphere and nice and welcoming owners

The nicest was to have such a thoughtful host! Easy to connect with and always ready to help you out when you express a need. It made our stay very enjoyable! Nature wise, view on the mountain and if you sit close to trees you'll see a lot of different birds and also squirrels playing around!

Hong KongThis was an unique stay! The surroundings have the most creative and psychedelic art I have ever seen. Alex and his wife were really warm-hearted and provided care and help that luxury hotels cannot match. They provided free fruits, coffee, and toured us around, took pictures etc. The surroundings are really peaceful and quiet and I feel well rested. There are couple of nice restaurants nearby and an elephant farm as well. Recommended if you're looking for a getaway from city life. You can feel the heart and soul poured inside each recycled and upcycled decoration and installation inside and outside the clay houses built around 15 years ago by this family business. Each corner is full of creativity and cuteness overload that causes happiness. It makes you smile, which is what a vacation is all about!
