- the breakfast was lovely however, we felt there was a lot of waste as you were served all the foods without being asked. - light switch for the lamps by the bed only on one side of the bed

Couldn't work out how to use Android TV. There was no room service menu despite being a hotel feature. Front access not very disabled friendly. Some steep steps. No railings. There is a ramp but very steep and no railings to hold. Walking down ramp was scary for me alone.

The pressure of the shower was a little on the low side.

Although the room was a little tired, it was a very good size and the bed and pillow were both extremely comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, bars and shops but the room was quiet considering its location. The beach is a short walk away. You have a kettle in the room, but we did need to ask for cups so we could make tea/coffee. All the staff we encountered were friendly.

The breakfast was the same every day. That is why I didn’t have a breakfast for three times in a week. The same fruits, the same toast, the same ham and sausige, the same fried eggs, the same juice. The shower height in the bathroom was too low. In addition, a hand shower should have been available. There were too few electrical outlets in the room.

The location with car parking was excellent.

Bathrooms need updating, fixed shower over the bath, not a walk-in. Kettle provided, but I had to ask for cups and buy coffee and milk from local 7 eleven.

Dirty windows, I cleaned with tissues still very hard to see beautiful view. Asked to clean windows.they cleaned the mirrors, also dirty dust everywhere.No tea bags or coffee or milk. No tumble dryer. Which is written on the booking. Great location 7 eleven across the road. Beach 2 minutes away.

Needs better clearning. The first room I was given was pretty awful. Windows didn;t open and no balcony. They were able to move me. The rooms need better cleaning and everything needs painting.

Location is good with lots of restuarants/bars in the area. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom had some issues. We found it odd that the room had a kettle but no cups or tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were very polite and friendly. The buffet breakfast was adequate but lacked daily variety. Plenty of parking space if you self drive or hiring transportation during your stay.

After a long drive we had arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon. One reception staff was so rude,using grumpy tune of voice,yelling at us. We felt unwelcoming, she should show kindness and treated her guests with well manner respectful and polite. I had reported this to the hotel manager .

The location is good only a short walk to night market. Breakfast could do with some improvement. More varieties of food would be great for example,fresh orang juice,yogurt.the rice soup was okay but not delicious We only stayed one night.
