Great place to stay in Koh Samui. Short walk to beach and 7/11. Little bit down the road from the main Chaweng area but means it's a bit quieter. Nice rooftop pool and clean rooms!

The WiFi didn't work in the room or from the pool and there was no where to site downstairs to use it. Small room but we knew this in advance but there was nowhere to put clothes. There was lots of cobwebs in our room and ants along the window frame. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great value for money and nice location. Only a few minute walk to the beach and also outside the noisy area of the town. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a shop. Also a few places to rent scooters and do laundry beside the hostel. The rooftop pool and seats upstairs were nice to use.

Thin walls so u heard everyone in the other rooms talking and the beds were a bit hard.

It was clean and tidy. Rooftop pool was amazing. Rooms were small but all you needed. Staff were very helpful. Good location. Motorbike hire across the road. Came with a mini fridge which was super handy

Rooms are small as other reviews have said however for us it seemed the size you would expect for the price point.

Locations was absolutely perfect, south side chaweng beach so was a little more quiet than the north side. However still walking distance to the north side for a night out. Also shops nearby to pick up any bits and bobs you need.

Room a bit of a squeeze on space but not a deal breaker, we were only spending a night here.

Helpful staff who allowed us to leave luggage at reception in the morning and book us a cheap taxi/minibus to pier. Close enough to walk to central and top end of Chaweng but away from noise. Balcony gives you a bit of extra space

The rooms are tiny.. but didn’t really mind too much since we only spent 2 nights there.

The room was all we needed in that it had a comfortable bed, a balcony, fridge, air conditioning and private bathroom. It was extremely clean with updated furnishings in the room. The pool on the roof was a nice addition but the bar was permanently closed. A 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the market and mall.

The roof terrace faces sunset which seems good but sunset is blocked by mountains/hills anyway and it's facing away from the beach. Rooftop Bar wasn't functioning when I stayed.

It was a little bit smaller than I expected. I forgot to read how many square meters it was. We were 2 people with 2 big check in luggage’s, 2 carry on baggage and 2 normal backpacks and it was very difficult to fit everything. Works good if you have less baggage or just stay 1 night :)

Very good place, near beach, restaurant, markets, renting motorcycle etc. Staff was really nice and helpful, the room was very clean. Big balcony, hot water and good AC. Pool was good!

The hotel feels like there is no maintenance budget, a lot of easy fixes that are left broken and the overall Hotel feels like it is a bit run down and past it’s peek. The pool area is a bit depressing with a closed bar and the pool looks old and uncared for (we used it once in a four night stay). The room is very small and feels like it needs to be renovated, but then again the hotel is the cheapest from what I can see that offers air con and private rooms. If you have the budget I would suggest maybe staying in one of the beach front resorts.

Comfortable, good value compared to other hotels in area and friendly staff who are helpful for booking ferries and tours.

The weakest wi-fi we experienced in Thailand. Tiny room without much space for keeping stuff. Pool floor is accessible from 9am.

The location is not very good, it's in a dark back road and the surrounding area felt a bit dodgy. It's a bit of a walk to get anywhere with some life, otherwise there's nothing interesting around it and the streets are very empty at night. Not even a single market close by. The room was very small and there was mould on the windows. No hand soap provided. There was a pool but it didn't look clean. One of the nights I stayed, there was an electrical problem in the building and there was no power for the whole night until the morning. No explanation given, staff was rude when asked what was happening. Also DO NOT use their taxi service. Booked to go to the airport after my stay, almost missed my flight because the taxi didn't come, despite the reception staff calling them repeatedly. Just stick to Grab.

I had a private room with a double bed, small fridge and AC. Close walking distance to the beach. The room was cleanish.
