convenient, short walking distance to the night market 7-11, beach and bus stop to town was just in front of the 7-11 by the major roadside. Housekeeping realized I needed a footmat in from of bathroom and provided footmats for both inside the bathroom and in front of the bathroom without asking.

The room was spacious and clean with working AC and good quality amenities. I loved the fact that it was just 5 minutes away from the airport.

Good accommodation for the price concious traveller. Close to all the things you need and want, including Naiyang Beach, airport beach, Sironat National Park, and the reef.

So this was really bad. I booked the room 3 days before my arrival. It was al good until we get message 1 hour before we wanted to check in (already in taxi to hotel), that the room is under renovation and its not finished yet and that they prepare the room for us next to their building. I couldnt do nothing but thinking, that they shouldnt have the option to book the room if they are under renovation and that they should at least tell me about it before. We then get moved to that next to their hotel building and it was awfull. Not clean, no one at reception, small beds, little balcon and some kitchen under, very old furniture, no lift, etc.. I then kindly asked if its possible to extend my check out for just 3 hours and the owner was very rude about how thats not possible forgeting how he put us in this hole. Very, very dissapointed. Not recomendig obviously cause you dont know where u will be put.

The location is top notch! A 5-min walk to the beach, night market, and 7/11. Huge windows let in a lot of light. You can borrow beach mats and books.

1) there's a big construction site in front of the hotel, hence some banging and other noise. 2) the walls between the units and in between the floors are paper thin. You can hear neigbhours talking, slamming doors and walking upstairs. 3) the bed and pillow are extremely umcomfortable. I was sble to get just a few hours of sleep.

The rooms was clean and freshly renovated, teh view from the window was to a field with some construction in the distance, but at least it was an open view and not a wall, and it there was no noise from the street. So it turned out to be good value for money.

It's a good location. Near the airport. Close to the lovely Nai Yang beach.

Had no water or power. There was no-one at reception. I tried the number written on the door but it was disconnected. Eventually I messaged the accomodation through the Booking app. Got told that the power line was down and that I I could check out at 1pm, but the toilet had been full for a long time and there was a bad smell. I had to get on my plane unwashed and sweaty. The room desperately needs a freshen up, very grubby walls and paint flaking off.
