Bed was a bit hard. They supplied a mattress cover, this helped a bit. I prefer a soft mattress so this wouldn’t be an issue at all for most people.

Great location of the property. The rooms were surrounded by lush greenery and a comfortable balcony.The restaurant is excellent and well priced.The pool was nice and got a couple of massages there as well.Perfect beach spot with clean and clear water.I will definitely stay here again.

Not a problem for us but right under flight path. It’s fab to watch but there’s a 7am flight, if you are a light sleeper. Next to a night club. Once in room with air con on we didn’t hear it. Air con is quite loud. As we had a 7am flight we were asked at check in if we wanted a take away breakfast. Upon checkout at 530 the desk manager just said he didn’t have one. Communication seemed to have failed between offer the night before and actual. Not the end of the world but everyone say in Koh Samui airport seemed to have a hotel breakfast but us.

Great location in middle of main street. Right on the beach. Large clean rooms and sandy paths and gardens around hotel, very idyllic. Helpful staff who always smiling and willing to help. Beach / pool towels daily available for free. Varied restaurant menu and not particularly expensive for a beach front hotel. Staff continually cleaning pool and beach area. Great hotel for the price. 10 mins drive from airport.

Beds were rather hard. Resort is directly under flight path and fab to watch in the day but be aware there’s a 7am flight. I slept through but hubby was woken daily. Shower had its moments going hot then cold but always good pressure. Not a moan but be aware hotel is next to a night club however although you can hear from the outside, once in room with air on noise we never heard the club at night.

Right on the beach and feels like the resort is in the forest too , all trees and sand paths, so idyllic. Shilo room was large and very clean. Pool area kept spotless and staff super attentive. Restaurant is next to pool and goes onto beach too as do the sunbeds. We always found a sun bed at any time of day (3 nights there). Our Aircon broke, we called reception and within about 4 minutes someone came to fix it!

Nothing really

I loved Chaweng Gardens. At first I was a little dubious staying in such a big hotel but by the end I loved it. The access to beach is perfect for swimming and the shaded sun beds perfect. The staff are amazing. My bed super comfortable. I’ll be back! 🙂

Well, when we checked out we were charged for a towel that was dirty. We were never informed prior to that or showed the towel. The night manager did not charge us but if we were told sooner I would have felt better.

Location was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful. I absolutely can’t fault the resort.

We moved rooms as the people next door were very noisy coming back from the Ark Bar at 2am and having loud conversations and laughing outside our room. We were moved after we complained.

The staff were outstanding and were always smiling and happy. Zaw, was the best beach boy ever, knows you, acknowledges you and was very helpful.

We loved the location, right on the beautiful Chaweng beach with beach clubs right next door and loads of restaurants just there. Breakfast had some Asian dishes which I appreciated. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Don't miss happy hour!

Loved the location. It is literally smack bang in the middle of Chaweng and walking distance to EVERYTHING! You do slightly hear some noise from the club next door but honestly we barely noticed it and slept through it all. You also have direct access to the beach from the resort which was amazing. 100% recommend this hotel to everyone!

All was perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort! The hotel is right on the perfect Chaweng beach and at the same time located at the city center, where there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful for relaxing yet close to everything. The lush greenery all around the property creates a peaceful, tropical atmosphere, and the fantastic pool winds like a river between the rooms—truly unique and relaxing. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and every detail of my stay was handled with care. The hotel staff could also arrange convenient transport to and from the airport. We highly recommend Chaweng Garden Beach Resort for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a truly memorable beach getaway.

We stayed in the premier family room, and they are just amazing. The pool and beach are like 2 meter apart and they have bar and food service on the beach and by the pool. And if you walk out of the resort you stand in the middle of the chaweng night life street, that you don't hear on the resort.

The place is very recommended, we stayed in the new building.You're in the middle of the busy chaweng street and also it's quiet like a resort. Next to the Ark bar we didn't have any noise problems.
