The only downside was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t watch Netflix, YouTube, or stream content. In 2025, I believe all hotels should consider having smart TVs as standard—it would definitely enhance the guest experience
Great resort! The location is absolutely perfect—right on a beautiful stretch of Chaweng Beach. One of the highlights was enjoying the sunrise from the bar area, which has a stunning view in the early morning. The staff were very friendly and always supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also quite good, with a wide selection of food that caters to different tastes. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back!

JapanThis is a three-star hotel, so don’t expect luxury or frills. It had everything I needed for a relaxing, seven-day island getaway. A great value if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a beautiful stretch of beach.
I was unsure how to feel about Chaweng Cove after check-in—enough that I even considered shortening my stay. However, after my first full day, I came to truly appreciate what this place has to offer. The location is excellent—conveniently close to great restaurants, massage spas, and convenience stores. The nearby fruit stand is a must-try, and I highly recommend visiting *Noi Restaurant* for a great meal. I visited in early July, and the beachfront was probably one of the best in the area: clean, not too rocky, and simply pristine. Breakfast is your standard buffet selection with a good range—breads, spreads, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausages, salads, fruits, rice, and a rotating selection of meat dishes (beef, pork, or chicken). Special mention must go to the staff, especially the ones in charge of the beach chairs, who were consistently warm, friendly, and dependable throughout my stay.

AustraliaBreakfast room chairs should have pads on the legs to stop the never ending scraping noise of chairs continually being pushed out or in. Location was a little away from central Chaweng area.
Breakfast was very good but few changes each day. Location regarding beach was excellent. Enough lounge chairs with cushions for all guests, and attentive beach staff to work the umbrellas. House cleaning was very good. Resort had three excellent pools alongside each other. Breakfast area/restaurant was always well presented.

Very nice conplex, the restaurant and bar were beautiful, especially the outside sitting for breakfast with sea view - the best part of the trip. NorwayThe bed was a bit too hard for me, but the pillows are ok. The gym and the pool was a bit too small, but since the price is quite low, we spent our time in the beach clubs near by as well.
Value for money and it is clean and has sufficient facilities, for a 4 star hotel. The atmosphere was superb.

United KingdomBreakfast isn't great, many options but poor quality would be better with less options, higher quality. Rooms are a bit tired, could do with update. We had a leak that flooded the bathroom but it was fixed quickly. Fitness center is very old and equipment is rusty it was very hot in there, the aircon is only turned on manually once you visit.

United StatesMy only complaint is a minor one. The shower switch was broken. Meaning, I could only use the hand held shower head since I couldn't switch between the two options. However, to be fair, I didn't bring this issue up with the staff to see if it could be fixed during my stay.
A pool on the terrace facing the beach and ocean was unforgettable and extraordinary. Being able to roll over and watch the sunrise from bed was a pleasant way to greet the day.

ThailandHaving someone at the pool to ensure that people were not saving chairs then never showing up. We saw this happen several times. We also had trouble swimming when groups would enter the pool and just stand there talking, loudly, and not leave room for swimmers. Although the two dinners we had at the restaurant were very good, the breakfast buffet was terrible. My wife only went twice then passed on breakfast.
We loved the beach and the grounds on the site were beautiful. The library was a nice touch.

GermanyI guess that if you don't book a bungalow you can end up in a room by the street which indeed is noisy.
I requested a room change because mine was directly by the street and hence quite noisy. I immediately got a new room. The employee was very nice about it and almost ashamed I didn't like the old room.

AustraliaFantastic stayed in a bungalow which was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff are beautiful. Hard to get a deck chair by the pool as other people reserve their spot everyday by placing a towel on deck chair and quite often don’t turn up to use them some hours later, which causes other people to miss out on a spot by the pool. Other resorts have banned this behaviour.

The location suited us as it was not in the main busy area, but only a 2km drive away. This suited us perfectly, as the area is not noisy at night.
