As many previous guests remarked this is an exceptional beautiful and downright gorgeous space and setting. Lush in the middle of a tropical setting - with a great pool - quite - unbelievable attentive staff. Highly recommend this place as a fantastic way to be close enough to town while nestled into the neighboring National Park and Forrest.

The highlight is super nice staff. The room was spacious, clean and well décor. The area is very green and comfortable to stay. No problem for breakfast as we ordered food delivery and the staff served our delivery food nicely. Highly recommend.

We did not want to leave

We had the most wonderful five days of our trip at Chandra Residence. They have genuinely created a relaxing atmosphere that connects you with nature and beauty. For us, this place was a true inspiration for interior design. We appreciate the attention to detail, the thoughtful selection of objects and the quirky design elements that made the spacees fun and enjoyable. Their lifestyle philosophy resonated with us at every turn. Also, they made everything easy, offering great local tips and adapting to our needs. We came looking for a special place in Chiang Mai but we found something much more: the beautiful human beings behind it all.

The location and the design of the hotel is amazing. Although the hotel doesn’t provide meals but they provide excellent service, which turned our grab food into a fine dining experience. The hotel locates in a forest but it is close to the famous Doi Kham Temple, night zoo, Muay Thai camp….everything I want for a nice weekend.

The place is amazing! we stayed there for 3 days and it was like living in a secret garden, surrounded by lush of green. The service is also amazing. Peach and her team are helpful and smiley, more like friends than staff. But on the same token, their focus on details is exceptional. We also very much enjoyed the Thai massage and yoga at the residence. The yoga teacher is very professional and attentive. We already planning our next trip here on the first evening of our arrival.

I booked from overseas for my parents to stay at Chandra when they were in Chiang Mai. Not only did they enjoy the stay, but their service was top-notch—phenomenal! I was worried as this was my parents' first overseas trip on their own and with the language barrier. Upon reservation, they created a group chat with all staff allowing me to ask questions, and request extra reservations such as taxis and massage, etc. Knowing I might wonder about my parents' stay, they would occasionally send me their photos of having lunch, attention to detail from them was the absolute best. I cannot thank the team enough and looking forward to stay myself when I get to visit Chiang Mai one day!

There’s no food service but the staff helped us to call GRAB food. The lights in the bathroom were switched off automatically every few minutes thus a bit inconvenient.

I had no problem with this, but the property does not have its own restaurant. So be mindful of this. You can order food from outside and the staff will set your table.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. If you like a bit of tranquillity, you will not be disappointed. This property is so peaceful, beautiful, loungy, well maintained, and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. The swimming pool is also great (incl. the sauna). The staff and the owner are very attentive, thoughtful, and reliable. It is one of the best places I have stayed in my life and would wish to come back.
