Excellent hotel and room. Big windows for amazing Seaview. Spacious room. Peaceful. Quiet. 100% clean. Good internet. Beautiful balcony. Directly at the beach. Kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable. Walking distance to massage and supermarket 7 minutes. I can fully recommend.

Couldn't really fault it. Set nicely off the main road lovely rooms the view from the room was amazing. Nice clean and comfortable and beachfront. Amazing local restaurant next door and cheap. Couldn't really swim in the sea but that's not there fault. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a chilled quiet break and away from all the chaos. All your main tourist destinations in phuket are easily accessible from here. It's a great base

The aircon in room 2 was very loud. You can also hear people walking upstairs and there was construction at 3am. I bought ear plugs and this helped greatly. Also, the 'beach front' is for the views, it's not really a beach you can swim in as it's very shallow and I think mainly for boats. For the price though, this is what I expected, so not complaining.

If you are looking for something simple and affordable this is a good place. I just needed something nearby in Rawai that was good enough to come and go from, it wasn't for an elaborate holiday. It also had a fridge, stove and microwave which would have been useful if I planned to use it.

I was very satified and can't think of anything really. The shower was not hot but luke warm, I don't think Id like hot showers in +30 c weather.

The pool was nice and a really good seafood restaurant next door.

My room was facing the pool but barely with the sea view. The pool doesn’t get the sun light. The beach in this area is barely usable which was ok for me. There are not so many options to eat in this area but the accommodation is suitable for families or people who want to stay there for a longer period and cook their own food. The big downside for me was the bed sheets which were not in cotton material. In these climates, I think it is best to use the breathable material for bed sheets.

The room was very spacious and amazingly clean. Bed is very comfy. It is quite a peaceful place. If you want to be on your own and not socialize with people, this is a good place. For me it was a bit isolated. The pool seemed to be clean but I did not use it. Staff are super friendly.

The location is good in the sense that it is away from the touristy areas and crowds. But it meant a lot of longish grab rides.

Very clean and well maintained. The pool was always clean and the room was nicely kept. It was very quiet when we were there and the view of the ocean was beautiful

The pillows weren't comfy. They did give me a 2nd pillow, which helped.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The room was fully cleaned daily, with a comfortable bed, and had adequate amenities. Nice pool with fantastic views on Panwa. You can step off the front right onto the beach.
