Unfortunately when I arrived there were very loud road works, which I understand are out of control of the hostel but had to change my reservation. Also the dorms have no windows

The only bad thing was the showers, that don’t have enough pressure (if it is something that would bother you).

The hostel is simple but very clean and cozy. The staff is also very kind and helpful. They allow you to take shower after the checkout which is great. Mostly chill people staying there which I liked it. Very good location closed to the Chalok beach. It was good to stay a few days away from the center of Koh Tao which can be very crowded.

It was all pretty much excellent

Really comfortable, great space for working, excellent staff, Joe was great. Location is superb, it's really peaceful and there's still loads of stuff within walking distance. Very nice, clean room, comfy bed. For Koh Tao the price is good.

the room smells a tiny tiny bit like someone smoked a cigarette a while ago, but it doesn't bother you once you settle in, trust me, would stay here again next time

Super nice host welcomed us and showed us out room, gave us some tips where to go snorkling. Free drinkin water and cofee.

Jesús was a legend. Such a nice, friendly and genuine person. Honestly, it's a shame he wasn't around more (because as the owner, he's busy with many things) because every time he was around the whole place lit up. Great atmosphere and super good place to get to know people. 12/10

Ms. Joy and Jesus, both were so hospitable and lovely. The most comfiest beds In any hostel I've ever slept over. 7 eleven and a currency exchange shop is nearby so as some very cool and aesthetic cafes and restaurants.

- this is just my experience but sadly there was a snorer keeping me up all night, nothing that the hostel could control but it’s the reason I left early - not a very social hostel

- owners were so friendly and helpful, they refunded me no questions asked for the 2 nights I didn’t end up staying - quiet location away from the party scene, but still a lot of good places nearby and things to do - very affordable Breakfast included

Nice, quiet and clean place. Good location in Chalok with everything you need around, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Chalok is far from the town centre if you are moving by foot. On a sooter is only 5 minutes away. The best of the place was the lady at the reception. Super nice and helpful. She is always there, I don't know when she rests, though 😬

I did receive towels with stains (fluorescent color and old blood), but they were exchanged without any issues. It might be a good idea to charge a fine if towels are returned in such a condition. It would also be great if there was a spot where guests could grab an extra blanket during the night if it gets cold. You can, of course, ask for one at the reception, but only when it’s open, so it’s important to ask in advance. The shower and toilet are in the same room, which I’m not a big fan of, but the space was large enough, as I’ve had much smaller combined shower-toilet rooms in other places. The water pressure in the first shower could be better, and the water heater in the second shower was out of order. So shower number 3 was best to wash my hair.

I had a lovely stay at this small hostel, which has only two 8-bed dorms, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere (no party vibes). The small number of people made it social and easy to connect with others. The beds were comfortable and equipped with chargers, personal lights, curtains, and a small shelf to store your essentials. There’s enough space between the beds, and the hostel is conveniently located close to the beach. Scooter rentals are just around the corner, and there are free water refills (hot and cold) and free instant coffee available. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the cozy common areas, complete with bean bags and tables, provided a nice spot to relax or enjoy a meal. The entire place was clean, and the showers and toilets are located outside the dorm room, which was up to my preference. Highly recommend!
