I liked everything about this hotel, the location is incredible, only 2 minutes walk from the beach, many restaurants and food stalls along the entire beach at very good prices

Cha Am in general, I found no Thai people could converse in English made getting information hard.

A very good accommodation for the price So don't expect a luxury room. Air Con good, WiFi good. Coffee hot water jug available in the main foyer, not in the room. Amenities match the price.

Once, I arrived I smelled a bad smoking aroma coming out from one of the hotel rooms. The guests might break the no smoking rule which was clearly not the hotel’s fault.

The hotel is quite chic with a very nice hospitality.

Unfortunately, I did find some ants roaming around, though it was only on the last night (of two nights).

Such a great location, walking distance from the beach, restaurants and 7-11. The vibe is easygoing, and the receptionist/manager was wonderful company. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

It was an amazing location - less than 1 minute walk to the beach!! Even though there were quite a few bars around, my room was really quiet at night. The owner was SO nice - she even insisted on driving me to the bus station when I left!!! Definitely recommend staying here in Cha Am.

Bad location for peace and quiet. It's located on a Soi that has lots of bars that cater to aging male westerners by playing loud music and having young Thai women flatter them and make them think they're cute. Difficult to ignore, but the noise does stop around midnight.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good location relative to the beach and restaurants. Nice balcony. Very clean.

Very close to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars close by. Room and Hotel very clean. Daily room service, water, soap, towels replenished. Room had a double bed, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and en-suite toilet and shower. Free coffee and Thai biscuits in the hotel reception each morning. Manager was fantastic, anything she would sort out for you. Even offered me a ride to Cha-Am railway station. Would definitely stay here again.

The heat exchanger of the air conditioning unit on the balcony was noticeably loud at night. In the shower, there is a niche in the wall where a tile is essentially missing, exposing pipes behind it. One night, loud crackling noises came from this niche.

As a small family, we were given a room in the rear building, where it was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. After washing our clothes, we were allowed to hang them on the hotel's drying racks, and they even helped us with it.

Just little final touches I needed for my diet,needed kettle for warm lemon water 2 times a day.when I checked out they have kettle to give me.no table by bed.little things but largely communication breakdown,think it could have been resolved

The lady owner I think her name is Kwan,was amazing! The nicest person you could meet. I stayed here for a couple of nights while fishing at Jurassic mountain. She got up at 6am both mornings to take me to the lake! Overall enjoyed my stayed, hotel is great. Bars along the road next to the hotel,so it is in a good location. Highly recommend this hotel Thanks again Kwan!

Nothing -I was very happy!

The owner took incredibly good care of me; she drove me to my new hotel for free, and also helped with other things in the city. The room was very clean and the balcony was big. There was music on the street at night but it didn't bother me. Very good value for money. Felt like home!
