Very new, big room with all the facilities, super confortable bed. It has swimming pool, gym, sauna… Aircon and shower pressure also excellent. Good location, the area has a mix of local market and modern restaurants and western chains. Deposit could be done by credit card, in many hotels only cash is allowed

It was a bit noisy in the mornings probably due to thin doors or walls, but it wasn't that critical anyway.

The hotel felt very welcoming from the check-in... staff was very kind and responded fast to all inquiries. Beds were super comfortable. The rooms have a laundry machine - a real gem! Breakfast spread is worth the money, the gym and the pool look similar to the photos provided by the property. Location-wise it is very close to BTS Saphan Taksin, so no problem walking there. The shopping mall Central to which the hotel is connected is also quite good.

The two bedrooms suite is very spacious with three toilets and two bathrooms. Amazing view. Leather sofas are of high quality. Staff at reception are always ready to help above and beyond their duties with smiles.

Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken and it was always busy with people waiting to get in. Sometimes we had to wait 5+ minutes to be able to use the elevator, and the stairs was only for emergency.

Great location, good breakfast buffet, nice pool and convenient with gym, department store, street food and beauty salons next to hotel.

The washer drier didn't work There weren't enough lifts for the size of hotel. This was made worse due to the fact that one of them was out of action for the whole of our stay

Location was great, right next to the light rail and riverboat station. Rooms were huge! Nice little swimming pool to cool down after a hot day of sightseeing

The aircon is very noisy, inflexible lighting, that is either dark or blazing illumination (especially bedroom). Also very uncomfortable sofa.

Nothing could have been better. One of the elevators was out of service, but it is likely back in service now.

The entire staff was of 5-star hotel quality. Every member: the front desk agents, the bellmen, the security guards, the pool and fitness center staff, and the restaurant staff, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. The daily breakfast buffet was outstanding. The fitness center exceeded my expectations, as did the large pool. Our room was more than adequate: a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I did not measure the television, but it was at least 50 inches. We had a nice view of the river from our 21st-floor room. The location was ideal. The hotel sits above a mall and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. All in all, an excellent hotel that seemed like a brand-new property.
