Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe pool itself was wonderful, but the jacuzzi wasn't working and not repaired during stay. Lounge chairs extremely uncomfortable with no cushions to cover the steel center bar. AC wasn't working in gym so very uncomfortable during workout with the heat & humidity. No on-site laundry or ice, would be nice to have on-site these simple needs that are use to in nicer hotels. Rate was good for low season, worry about it going up by 4 times in cost during high season and can't stay there on return trip in 6-9 months.
Staff was always cleaning, very respectful, and helpful with all questions. Very quiet hotel even with all outside noises, within walking distance to beach and central happening area. Nice, modern lines & simple design to hotel. Although didn't utilize, has on-site small deli for breakfast and lunch. Initially hard to find as not well marked from outside that hotel is through open door hole in wall from the gated lot (really need better marking on that side), once found easy to get around through alley & from street through gate.

United KingdomBreakfast on second day got in just as some Jewish festival had ended and room filled with loads of religious men. I have been to Israel three times and really like it and am very pro-Israel. All spoke a mix of Hebrew and English. Tried to get talking and be friendly but got blanked and felt ... well not a pleasant experience on holiday. Been there many times however and will go back again as this was my first negative experience and love the breakfast but religious intolerance I can live without.
Location and love the shakshuka. Rooms have had a makeover and wifi is great.

Excellent location, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean with fresh towels daily. Very helpful 24 hour reception desk. They have someone help with the bags to the room and make sure the rooms are cleaned daily fresh towels and bedding.

United Kingdom..the hotel is right next to a new beer bar which pumps out very loud live music until 3am every day. So don't expect to sleep unless you have earplugs. The hotel was too expensive for what you get. Room was small for the premium I paid.
Staff were nice, rooms were cleaned well. The location was convenient, close to Soi Buakhow, LK Metro, Soi Boomerang etc.
