The breakfast Western breakfast buffet could have been better.

The view was outstanding but a bit of a walk to the beach which was disappointing as it was so dirty.

The staff were some of the nicest I’ve ever come across. They are so lovely and will do anything for you. The location is beautiful up on the hill with a view of Karon Beach. The rooms could do with an upgrade now. That’s the only slight negative.

Just a heads up for potential visitors, lots of steps from room to restaurant and down to beach, so good mobility required.

We were upgrade to a Villa with a pool with views of the sea, fantastic. The bed was really comfortable and room a good size and very clean. Karon beach and facilities of another Centara Hotel a 10 minute walk bit worth it. Special thanks to Yaya and Am on reception.

As it is not close to the centre of Karon you always have to use a taxi or tuk tuk which is additional expense. Walking is not an option. The resort is dated and needs an uplift. The included breakfast was good but could be better for the cost of your stay. The swimming pool area needs an update especially if the resort is full. The drinks were expensive considering you are adding taxes and other service charges.

Peaceful location. Staff always smiling and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We were upgraded to a spa room but it was too hot to use it.....

The only downside was the cost of extending for an additional night. The cost of one extra night would have been over half what I'd already paid for the previous 3, even taking the room upgrade into account.

Was lucky to receive a free upgrade so my thoughts are slightly skewed. Everything was excellent and it was unfortunate that I could not extend another night.

A bit tired and needs some updating but the staff are excellent; friendly and helpful. Room is large and very clean. If you don’t like walking up stairs you can use their transport.

We had a few problems with the hotel but mostly with the housekeeping. The housekeeper wasn’t finished until after 2 pm on most days and the standard was really not high. Sometimes we got only one new towel even though we asked for a full replacement set. The late housekeeping meant our laundry was not able to be done on time and at the end of the stay we were almost charged double for the laundry service. I feel there is a general lack of communication and cohesion at the hotel. Also, there is a nice pool area but there is never anyone manning the drinks area so it takes ages to get someone to take your order. The food at breakfast is so-so. We also woke up one morning and our pool had no water. This took almost the entire day to be fixed. We were happy that we got a free massage in exchange but still the whole operation of the hotel seems sloppy and disorganised.

We stayed in a pool villa which was really beautiful and it had great views. The hotel was also in a nice location and it was easy to get a taxi to many attractions in Phuket. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating.

The location is not suited to older people or those with disabilities. Too hilly and uneven paths to walk to the pools or to the beach. (The pools are lovely, though.) Getting into the back of the buggy was a physical feat, too.

Amazing staff who just couldn't do enough for us! Special mention to reception, the drivers of the buggy and the restaurant staff. The views were amazing, and we loved our dinners at the Cliff Restaurant...fresh, authentic flavours, and the chefs had no issues in amending their dishes to suit my dietary requirements.

Having someone at the hotel sell us a bike rental without warning us regarding the paperwork we needed, only for us to be fined by police check-point, and not be refunded for three days we did not use the bike. I expect that to happen in the town, but NOT in the Hotel we're staying out. Felt a bit gross.

The view from the villa was lovely. Such a quiet spot, the only thing you could hear was the wildlife an the ocean. There's a convenient track that drops you right into Karon beach.

When I went, it was the rainy season, so there were mosquitoes on the path to the beach and around the swimming pool.

The hotel room is very comfortable, and the bathroom is also very clean. The staff were all very warm and friendly, and the service was excellent.
