Limited breakfast and dinner options, poor coffee, cold private pools. My wife and I were clearly told that the bottle of red wine on the side table was complementary but we were charged for it.

Not much. Perhaps the bathroom mirror frame needed a bit of a touch-up paint. Otherwise, not much to complain.

Perfectly located for everything Hau Hin has to offer. Rooms and hotel beautifully decorated. Staff wonderful and food gorgeous. Afternoon tea great value with wonderful selección - one between two is more than enough.

Loved everything

We booked the room with a private pool as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everything was beyond our expectations. There was a cake waiting for us on arrival, which made it even more special and was even given a small gift on our last day (box of macaroons).The bed, food, environment , reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, bell boy, and the driver were all friendly and helpful, and alwayshad a smile in their face. Thanks to Bonus, Phimol, and Julie (didn't get everyone's names) for the warm welcome and helping to sort out trips (the drinks and cool towel were very handy). We will definitely stay here again if ever in Hua Hin.

Chairs around the beach and pool were mostly reserved by 8am with staff not moving towels even though they might be empty for hours. Food at breakfast not really replenished after 10am unless you ask. Housekeeping left rooms open while cleaning so many mosquito come in. Basics like shaving kits not available which is unusual for a 5 star hotel.

The only downside was that some guests reserved sunbeds at the main pool by leaving their towels there, which made it hard to find a spot at times. It would be great if the hotel could do something about that.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing – always super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was a big plus: right on the beach and just a short walk to the city center. Having our own private pool in the room was a real highlight – such a great way to unwind in privacy.

Should have stayed longer...

Room & location perfect. Some steps to the actual beach. Enjoyed Happy Hour each night. Great range for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Prices were good. 7/11 across the road as is Ville Market for other needs and lunch snacks. Village Market opposite side and 10 minute walk south is a multi-level shopping centre with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Tex Burger & wine bar is a few minutes walk north on the opposite side with great food and service.

Just the best hotel ever x the staff are amazing in all areas from security guard to team on bed turn down of an evening Christian is just amazing we have known Cristian a long time and he directs the team. The team all Love Christian as we do x
